The house location was great and the neighborhood is nice. The house is well maintained and as pictured. The owner was very easy to coordinate with. Only note is that the laundry is in a shared space which the owner needs to lock/unlock, so a tiny hassle but worked out fine.

Perfect Visit!

Mishas HunnHaven was the perfect rental for us! Listing was 100% accurate. Misha was super responsive and hospitable during our stay, even checked in with us midway to see if we needed anything. Our son lives in Yuba and this was an ideal and quiet neighborhood to stay at while we got to visit him and take in sights in Sacramento, Santa Rosa and San Francisco!

Nice house

The house is very nice. Clean. Kitchen has everything you might need. Very good neighourhood. Short way to many stores and restaurants. Misha answers questions in very short time.

It's unfortunate that the AC went out and temperatures were over 100 degrees. If a 1-star is what it takes to keep our guests safe in this heat, that is totally fine, better than keeping the booking and risking guests' wellbeing. Thank you Gabriel.
