I’m a native Angeleno that needed a place to stay while construction was being done to my house. Found this place and it did not disappoint. Cute neighborhood, really close to a lot of cool spots in Long Beach, and had everything we needed to feel like we were home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, towels, linens, great WiFi. Very cozy for 4 people and appreciate it being so pet friendly! We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas. Lastly, I really want to highlight how excellent the customer service is! Very friendly and extremely quick response time. Would totally stay here again!

Nice place

Very quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to several restaurants. We walked every morning to Signal Park and took in the beautiful view.

Close to everything

Clean, quaint house in a quiet neighborhood:)Close to all of our excursions…The driveway was a challenge but felt secure with the gate. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Long Beach area:)

I stayed here for 12 nights with 1-2 other adult family members. The property was very clean upon check in. The beds are very comfy, and the host supplied nice fluffy bath towels, body wash and shampoo. Coffee, trash bags and dish soap were also provided. The water was nice and hot and the A/C nice and cool. There is a washer and dryer outside that you can access for a weekly fee. The host was very responsive regarding my request for cleaning supplies during my stay.This area of signal hill is not fancy, but felt safe enough for 3 women alone, and we never had any safety issues.There is a fenced yard in front with nice shade and 3 chairs. There are some areas where the landscaping needs to be touched up or mulched to prevent the dogs from getting dusty. The gate and fence did not contain my 15 lb dogs, and they escaped several times. Larger dogs would easily be contained within the fence. Lots of people and pets walk by the front fence each day.There is a gated driveway, which comes in handy because there was no open street parking on either side of the street during my stay. It’s important to mention that the angle of the driveway is very steep. It’s challenging to get in and out and my small suv scraped the street every time due to the angle. The owner tried to resolve this for me, but I think a deeper assessment was needed because we were not able to fix the situation.There is a washer and dryer outside that you can access for a fee. I would stay here again.
