Recently renovated in 2021, this triplex has separate entrances for each unit. This particular unit has two bedrooms and plenty of comfortable space for a long-term or short-term stay. Family trip, business trip, or a friend getaway, we have everything you need to make you feel like at home. Close to I-75 and just a short drive to the casino, outlet shopping and more!

This unit is part of a triplex and has a separate entrance. Two bedrooms, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, eat-in kitchen and a comfortable living space. Both bedrooms feature ROKU TVs.

This home can sleep (6) by utilizing the couch and an air mattress.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

You will need to utilize your own vehicle to get around town.
Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!

• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home

So cute and perfect for our needs

We were a little nervous coming in late at night to check in but we all agreed that the inside of this house definitely outdid the outside area. It was the perfect space for us and the host was amazing! He quickly answered questions, made it super easy to get into the house with 2 methods (one did require that I download an app which was fine with me). The space was clean and neat, the host had some snacks waiting, and we found everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed in the communication as there was a complete lack of response. When there was an issue with them they contacted me in the communication was actually a degrading experience
