This charming, fully remodeled, home hosts 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps up to 7 people. Our kitchen has everything you need to make your stay comfortable no matter if it is long or short term. We are just minutes away from Children`s Hospital - Liberty, Kings Island, Western & Southern Open and full highway access to both Dayton and Cincinnati. Super convenient, super comfortable and super ready for you!
This home is newly remodeled and furnished as of 11/21 and features everything you need to make it a comfortable stay.
As you walk in the front door you will find yourself in our cozy living area with a working electric fireplace, large smart TV, comfy sectional and a cute sitting area.
Just around the corner you can cook breakfast, lunch or dinner in our large and well-appointed eat-in kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. We have you covered with the coffee - we provide a Keurig and all different kinds of flavors!
This home features three bedrooms, one on the main floor and two upstairs. One of our king bedrooms is located at the back of the house with plenty of storage, ceiling fan and smart TV. The king bedroom upstairs also offers all of these features. The twin bedroom (with two beds) is just as amazing, but comes sans television.
You`ll find a full size washer and dryer in the basement along with plenty of dryer sheets and laundry detergent for your use.
We use the August Home application, which means there are no keys to lose! When you arrive you may park in the large driveway. At this time our garage is not for guest use.

We are located on a main street, but in a very suburban area.
Uber and Lyft come to this area, but it is best to have your own car to get around. **MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING** Our properties are in quiet, Family-Oriented Neighborhoods. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy for Parties. Unauthorized gatherings will result in your immediate removal from the premises without a refund. • We can make exceptions to our rules, but you must request your exception in writing and have written approval from us. • Primary guest must sign pool general liability waiver release. • No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home or on property. • Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am. • All check-outs are promptly at 11am. • Furniture may not be re-arranged. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises. • Air mattresses must be requested prior to arrival. • Primary Guest must submit a photo of their ID (driver’s license, passport, state id) and must identify other guests by name during registration. • Primary Guest must sign a rental agreement and waiver. • At management`s discretion, private security may be required (we utilize Echler USA). Details will be provided prior to guest arrival. • Vehicle count and: make, model, and year may be required depending on property. *If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the guest count provided by the primary host, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day over the provided guest count. **Guests will be charged for all damages and will be responsible for paying the max daily rate of $999 per day if we must block any days or cancel reservations due to the house requiring maintenance or additional cleaning after your stay. ***If guests are dissatisfied with their stay for any reason, we will allow our team to evaluate the situation in person within 24 hours to determine a favorable outcome for all parties. A visual inspection of the property may be required if the issue is determined by management to significantly affect the guest’s stay. We will offer a comparable property for the remainder of the guests stay. If no comparable property is available and the situation cannot be remedied, we will issue the guest a refund for the remainder of their stay. **** Properties are in an area where pests naturally occur on an occasion. We will remedy immediately upon notification. ***** Further information may be requested if primary residence is in a 15-mile radius of the rental location. ****** In the case the Police are called, the Primary Guest will be charged $1,000. Additional $500 charge if police are called or neighbors complain of loud noise. ******* Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. ******** All check-outs are at 11am, additional fees of $50/hour if you are late to check-out. ********* From time to time, odors may be present upon arrival, please notify us and we will remedy this as soon as possible.

Loved this property it was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and clean as were the other rooms in the house. The kitchen contained plenty of pots, pans and dishes to make a nice dinner. Location was perfect easy to get to freeways any direction.
This charming farmhouse is newly renovated. They did a wonderful job ! There was plenty of room for all of us. it was nice to have a kitchen to have some morning coffee and breakfast. It is close to all of the stores we needed for our short stay as well as nice restaurants !
We were in town for a soccer tournament with games at Warren County Sport Park and VOA. This house was the perfect location, situated between both venues. There is plenty of restaurant selections in the area and we found plenty to do in our downtime. The house was very clean with updated decor throughout. The washer and dryer were helpful and with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there was plenty of room for all of us (two families stayed). I would recommend this property as a home base for any family coming for a soccer or other tournament in the area.
