A tough holiday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mellisa and her team were marvellous. The arrival went smoothly and the condo was clean and well equipped. The first couple of weeks went smoothly...handy to Pier Park shopping etc. Then came the evacuation of all apartments ordered by the city for balcony safety issues except the 21st floor were we located. Went smoothly for a few days then the construction moved up to the 22nd/23rd floors. Could not use the balcony or be in the condo due to the noise. Had to leave early but Mellisa looked after us.In summary would use again she was great BUT would not stay at Calypso TW 3. Less than 3 years old with safety issues and no pool available either due to repairs.
