This condo was everything we expected and so much more! It was exceptionally well stocked with all the essentials, more than any condo we’ve ever stayed in. Karen was incredibly responsive and timely throughout our stay. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of beach equipment available. The location was perfect with a beautiful view, and the balcony was incredibly spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This rental was made for my wife and some of her friends. I communicated with the host beforehand to set up some extra items and information and she was very communicative and forthcoming.The area had lots for them to do and the room and resort were beautiful.

The condo was clean and spacious. Hand soaps and body wash were in all the bathrooms which was convenient. The view of the Pier was amazing! Pier Park and restaurants were within walking distance. The parking passes and garage access was easy. We came down for the Gulf Coast Air Show and it was awesome! I highly recommend and we would stay here again.

I have stayed at Calyspo many times. First time staying in tower 3, and now prefer it over 1&2 Towers. Karen’s place is the nicest of all the places I have stayed in Calypso. Anything you can think of you need it’s there. The coffee bar is very nice touch and plenty of nice comfortable furniture through out. Especially patio furniture as most places I have stayed in isn’t very nice or comfortable. You actually will want to stay outside and enjoy the wonderful view from here.

Relaxing

We always love staying at the Calypso. The location is convenient to shops, food and the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo was neat, clean and comfortable.

One the best views in Panama City Beach, check in was great. Tower3 is located perfect to the beach, parking garage and pier park. The elevators are super quick, and the cafe downstairs has best doughnuts ive had in awhile. The unit is super super clean and we have bragged about how organized everything was. (Silver ware, closet supplies, towels, awesome coffee bar). The balcony is huge!!!! All the furniture inside and out is perfectly comfortable. THE BED!!! We actually are ordering the same foam hybrid mattress from Tuft and Needle, just because of this experience. The Hostess/owner, top notch, answers quickly, and offers any help you may need. We truly have no complaints with this trip, GOOD JOB!! we loved everything.

Beautiful condo with stunning views! This is THE place to stay for IRONMAN Florida. Convenience is unmatched, and this unit is extremely well-appointed, comfortable, and roomy. Highly recommended!

There was no communication between the owner and I. Everything was done through emails. The deposit that was taken out has not been refunded and it's 2 weeks after I leftthe unit. I went there for bike weekend and only slept there. Never used the refrigerator or turned on the TV. Nothing was out of place during our stay. I have reached out to the owner through email and a phone call but never got a reply.

Beautiful condo, excellent location

We had a fabulous time! The condo was better than advertised! Everything you might beed was available. There was a little confusion at check in regarding where to get wrist bands, however Mike and Karen did everything they could to rectify this and over all we had a wonderful experience.

Family vacation in paradise

Located right next pier park (great stroller area for the infant) and the beach, this place was perfect. Great view, provided all these beach toy options for us, and even made sure we had extra toiletries for the long stay!! Pool was so nice, very little kid friendly but had like parties in the evening for older kids / adults. Honestly would have been great just for my wife and I. Super flexible option, great romantic trip but for us was the perfect little kid beach trip. Yes!!

Amazing! Listing doesn’t do this place justice it’s so much nicer and well stocked than posting. We loved the Huge balcony and the comfy seats. If not at Ocean could find us there! The tiki bar by pool was affordable and yummy. The beach store by pool had supplies at great prices. This condo was so well stocked we wanted for nothing. Easy to cook!Host fast to respond- We extended!!

WONDERFUL Condo!

What a great property with all of the extras!!! Everything you need for a relaxing stay is already in the unit! A VERY well stocked kitchen with every gadget you could need, beach chairs, toys and towels, and a super convenient waggon for taking things to the beach just to list a few! My family and I loved the location, with a great view of the ocean and a 2 minute walk to Pier Park shopping. We hardly drove the car at all after arriving. The whole property is very nice and clean, and we loved having the bigger of the 3 pools right downstairs. There's also a great restaurant in the building with everything from breakfast to order-ahead casseroles to cook in the unit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Very nice place!

Your kitchen was so extra! Loved your air fryer/grill. We bought one afterwards. Thank you for the fully loaded kitchen and soap and mini fridge and vacuum and wagon. My sister loved the fleece blankets. She gives you 8 out of 5 stars. I thought this was on the beach but it was across the street. But you do have an amazing few of the beach and sunset. And there is a pool and hot tub and a food/beverage place and gift shop I. The building so it not second rate compare to the condos across the street. And there is a walk way you can go thru instead of walking across the street to get to the beach. We went during pirates’ festival and it was so convenient to walk to Pier park to watch the parade and the best spot to see the fireworks on the pier. I’m curious with the obsession of the black sheeps are. 😁 thank you for everything.

Thank you for the wonderful review. I agree - I do love my air fryer. I also have a sous vide stocked - you’ll have to try that next time! You can’t beat the sunset there, so spectacular. The black sheep are my trademark - I was always in trouble as a kid so my brothers called me the black sheep. There is one in all 28 short term rentals I own.

Enjoyed the Seabreeze

My family of four has been traveling to PCB for years. Last time down we toured the Calypso III. After COVID we decided to come back and brought my sister and her family as well as my 85 year old father. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The unit was located on the 21st floor and we had GREAT views of the Gulf, Pier Park and the surrounding area. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed to make the stay comfortable for everyone. We could have used a little more storage in the front bedroom but we made do by storing some items in the laundry room. Having the washer and dryer available made it so easy to throw in towels when needed. Karen was available and helpful when we needed assistance. Katie was also helpful in recommending restaurants that offered vegan options. The Ship Faced Bar and Grille in the pool area was excellent! David created a special drink for my brother-in-law which he called "The Cleveland". The staff in the Cafe and gift shop were very nice and friendly. Access to and from the beach was easy. We used the street access as we felt it was more convenient. Having 6 elevators was very convenient. We will definately return in the future!
