The sunsets from our 10th floor balcony will take your breath away!! Be soothed by the sound of the waves. Watch a family of dolphins play just offshore. Take a stroll in the sugar white sand. Swim in the longest pool you've ever seen.

Designed with families in mind, this condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate bunk room, and a full size laundry room with extra capacity Whirlpool washer and dryer and an extra storage pantry. The dining table comfortably seats six, and the bar seats three more. The spacious kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need - Whirlpool appliances include dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and microwave. You'll also find can opener, toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. There's even a wet bar across from the kitchen. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the gulf while you cook breakfast.

The family room features a queen sleeper sofa & flat screen HD Roku TV. Floor to ceiling windows also contain a sliding door so you can walk from the family room onto the balcony to enjoy the comfy patio furniture and the gulf breezes.

Master suite features a king bed with memory foam mattress, flat screen HD Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a large private bathroom. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows with a sliding door opening onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains a king bed with TempurPedic mattress, flat screen HD TV, large closet, and an access door into the large hall bathroom. From the window in this bedroom there are great views of Pier Park and the entire area as far away as West Bay! The bunk room features twin on top/full on bottom bunk beds, comfortably sleeping three people. This private room also has a flat screen HD Smart TV and a chest of drawers.

This property is just across the street from Pier Park, which features numerous restaurants, shops, and movie theatre. Calypso is the place to be at Panama City Beach, and this condo is as good as it gets!!!

The condo was spacious for us and was very clean. The view of the water was gorgeous! Condo has a lot of beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and even sun hats. Also a small stroller in one of the bedroom closets. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the living room furniture is comfortable as well. Only complaint I would have is that the water in the kitchen sink does not get hot enough and the bedroom overlooking the gulf doesnā€™t have a dresser. However, the closet in that room is big enough for clothes. Getting in and out of the parking garage is super easy and there is plenty of parking. The host is amazing and communication was great!The property itself (Calypso) has a great tiki bar and pools. Get there early to get chairs. The bathrooms by the pool are gross. They stink and are very dirty! The elevators are fast and thereā€™s no waiting time. Calypso is within walking distance to Pier Park, the pier, Sharkyā€™s, Runaway Island, Donavanā€™s Liquor Store, Alvinā€™s Island, and thereā€™s also a little deli place across the street that has great sandwiches!
