Calypso Resort & Towers unit 2308E is a direct Beach and Gulf front Vacation Rental. This VRBO/HomeAway Premier Partner Hosted Condo includes a Reserved Parking Spot in the Private Garage directly under the Tower and of course a Beach Lounger Set-Up from Beach Services.

We are constantly updating and upgrading to keep the Penthouse at PCB a premium unit that stands out in the crowd. For 2024 we added new Cambria quartz countertops in the kitchen, bar and bathrooms, new accent tile and new bright new lighting. New for 2023 was new King Size beds in both main bedrooms, new Master furniture and New Smart TVs throughout the Condo.

To make our guest experience even better, we purchased an oversized, private parking space for you to enjoy. This new perk is an assigned, beachside parking spot under the tower so no more trekking across the sky bridge to the 8 story parking deck!!!

6. Upgraded, dual band WiFi on a Private Network. Not the public network with a shared password most units put you on.

7. Direct check-in means no waiting in line or driving to an off-site management company office!

8. Complete privacy and 10 foot ceilings found only on the Penthouse Level!

10. Sleeps six comfortably in beds (2 King Size beds & Twin Bunk Beds) plus a Queen Sofa Sleeper for extra sleeping options!

8. Easy to book with NO sneaky credit card fees, convenience fees, booking fees, admin fees, parking fees, etc. Our only fees are the cleaning fee and a Guest Registration fee mandated and collected by Calypso Resort & Towers.

11. This is a real VRBO! Vacation Rental By OWNER! You are dealing directly with the owner of the Condo pictured and described in this listing. No big management company and no bait and switch to a different unit than what is pictured!!

The Penthouse at PCB is of course on the Penthouse level at Calypso which means unparalleled views, soaring 10 foot ceilings found only on this level, complete privacy and no 'herd of buffaloes' above you!

The Following House Rules are Strictly Enforced:
NO Parties or Events.
NO Smoking or Vaping in the Unit or Balcony.
Calypso Resort is now a smoke free property.
NO Pets.
Max. Occupancy Limit of 6.
Age Restriction: You must be 25 or older to rent and must be present throughout the rental term.

Like most residences, we have a Ring video doorbell installed at the front door. This video doorbell monitors the outside of the front entrance and may capture images of guests arriving and people passing by. This video doorbell is not monitored unless there is a need, or a guest asks us to review it. This Ring video doorbell should not be relied on for security purposes.

*** Spring/Fall Break: If your plans include a wild party, this IS NOT the condo for you. If you are looking to enjoy some beach time together while the kids are out from school, then we are the perfect place!

Fantastic PCB Beach Spot!

Our family of 4 (1 young adult and 1 teen kid) had a wonderful time in the condo. Lovely amenities and a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Fourth of July fireworks were amazing. Host Alan was great about communicating and shared some restaurant favorites as well. The beach chair service and private parking were great to have during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Panama City Beach is by far one of my favorite vacation spots. I had never stayed in the Calypso. I thought it was closest to the pier in very affordable. This condo did not disappoint. It was very beautiful me and my family enjoyed it very much

Family Vacation

Our family of adult and teen children had a wonderful stay! We had plenty of room, the condo was very clean, everything we needed for the week as far as dishes and pots/pans were supplied for cooking meals, even though the condo is on the top floor of the building, elevators were never an issue of wait time. The view is amazing and we loved sitting on the balcony. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and unit to stay in for the week!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Our condo was beautiful with all the great amenties and accessories we needed. It was updated with wonderful furniture and appliances, and was very clean and comfortable. The location was awesome being next to Pier Park so were in walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and family entertainment. Our family will be looking to book this condo again when we return to PCB!

Wonderful stay

By far one of the top Condo's we've rented over the last 3 decades all over the U.S. Perfectly decorated, very updated and extremely clean! Being on the top floor adds to its' perfection with absolutely breathtaking views! Having a private parking space makes in' and outs super convenient, not that we needed to drive often since shopping and dining is such a short walk. This is our second time renting this condo and won't be the last! Thanks

quick weekend getaway

we've stayed at a lot of VRBOs and without a doubt, this was one of the cleanest ones. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of space for me, my husband, and our (2) teenagers. I love that the condo came with (2) beach chairs and an umbrella and we were able to rent (2) more chairs without a problem. Alan was so easy to work with and made the check-in and check-out process very simple. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to PCB

Amazing Views and Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at several condos in Calypso over the years. This was the nicest condo we have stayed in. The condo was decorated beautifully. It has a gorgeous view and is right down the street from Pier Park. The parking spots under the building were very convenient. We did not have any issues while we were there.

We are Alan and Sandy and we live full time in Georgia, but think full time about enjoying time with family and friends at the Beach. We spend a lot of time here with out two daughters and love to share our vacation home with our guests so they can also enjoy the beautiful beaches and special family time on the Emerald Coast!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. All towers are on the beach, but Calypso is great because of it's location. Right next to the new City Pier with the open, undeveloped beach in-between and right across from Pier Park with tons of food, fun and shopping.

What makes this property unique

What we love best about Calypso is how the nice the pool area is and how close it is to the beach. We usually have half our party at the pool and half at the beach and it is so easy to move back and forth.
