Beautiful 3b-2 b, Stunning Gulf Front views, steps from Pier Park

Enjoy the breathtaking gulf front view from the balcony of our 22nd floor balcony. The spacious living room and master bedroom are oceanfront and provide a spectacular view of the emerald water and sugar white sand.

The Calypso Resort is conveniently located on the west end of the beach, which is less congested and family friendly. We have an ideal location across the street from Pier Park. Pier Park provides outdoor shopping, entertainment center including the Grand 16 IMAX and movie theaters, numerous restaurants, retail stores, amusement rides.

Take a walk across the street to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood, Pompano Joe's,and Dick's Last Resort restaurants or enjoy live music at Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. You can pickup your sunscreen at the Super Target or enjoy a cup of coffee at the Starbucks. Bring the kids to Gulf World (less than a mile East of Calypso) to enjoy a Dolphin encounter and various shows through out the day.

The Calypso Resort has two gorgeous free-form 175 foot pools which are directly on the beach. The tropical landscaping and you are on the beach. Don't forget to stop at the Tiki Bar on the way down for a delicious frozen drinks. The Calypso provides on-site beach activities & rentals such as Parasailing, Wave Runners and Banana Boat Rides.

If you need a break from the beach, go up to the workout room located on the 3rd floor to use the treadmill, elliptical trainer, or free weights!. Take the elevator down a floor turn right and your right back to our condo where you can check your email with the free wireless internet that we provide in the room!

Accommodations for up to eight are provided by a king in the master bedroom, King in the guest bedroom, the third bedroom composed of two twin beds.

There are many extras including: 9 foot ceiling throughout with crown molding, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen, wet bar and separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is even a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

We only rent weekly during summer months with Saturday check-in and checkout. Check-in time is 3:00pm CST and check-out is 10:00am. There is a 3 night minimum stay during other periods.

Our unit is NON-SMOKING and we can't allow pets. WE DON'T RENT TO SINGLES UNDER 25. NO SPRING BREAKERS!!!!!Any reservations made under false pretense will be subject to loss of deposit and rental fees and you will be forced to leave by onsite security.

Condo was very nice, great view, can walk to Pier Park mall in 3 minutes, it has like 40 restaurants and lots of good stores , the weather was great all week, sunny every day , we had a great time

Very nice place

Loved the place. I had to call host twice to get parking pass but once I got him he was quick and friendly. It was difficult to get the parking pass to work a couple of times. This is inconvenient when on a motorcycle. Fortunately both times security was close and got me in. I’d definitely recommend

Favorite condo so far

We were very pleased with our condo while on vacation. I dont like heights so the 22nd floor was not ideal but my wife approved so "best trip ever". The view allowed us to see alot of marine life, the bar by the pool allowed us to have a little adult time responsibly, and the washer/dryer made it more us comfortable by having dry swim cloths everyday. The kitchen was stocked with enough supplies to make it feel like home, we did bring our keurig but that was a personal preference.

It was great however our property owner gave us the wrong code to the door and we could not het in contact wirh him to get it fixed for over an hour. The listing also estimated for more living capacity than what was available. Other than the check in process, the stay was great.

Framily Vacation

This was our yearly trip with our friends who are more like family than friends. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was very responsive from the beginning. The only thing we had an issue with was there we several dishes in the cabinets that were dirty and needed to be washed before being used. We were worried with it being a larger resort that the elevators would be an issue, but we did not have any problems all week. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views and a comfy place to lay your head

We loved our stay, the beach is amazing, the views from the balcony are breathtaking. Beds were extremely comfortable. The condo could use a few small repairs, almost all cosmetic but none of that stopped us from loving our stay! The host was excellent to deal with and the staff at calypso were great to deal with. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the cleaning lady, Dianne…. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I can’t think her enough for going above and beyond and shipping us left behind items. Highly recommend staying here, it’s affordable and all we could ask for!

Condo was amazing but lacking!

We really liked the condo. It was beautiful! You are directly on top of Pier Park. We had an extremely hard time getting another vehicle in and the owner was no help, but luckily Calypso helped us out themselves. If you want to use the dryer plan on using it at least two times!!! the spoons are so sharp they will cut your lips. They are obviously from the dollar store and have been ran through the garbage disposal. I believe there was one roll of toilet paper and possibly one roll of paper towels so plan on bringing what you need. I will say this, I’ve stayed in a lot of condos and it was very nice. There is a funky smell coming from the laundry room which they seem to have a dehumidifier in there that is not working because there are pans full of stale water. Security did not hassle us. I wanted to give it five stars all day long, but there are some things that need to be addressed. When it comes to kitchen supplies or amenities, you have the bare minimum there’s no ice maker, apparently no waterline to the refrigerator. I guess other than that it was extremely clean. The price was right and I would highly recommend it! Also, there is no hot tub on site!

Excellent Condo!

We had a wonderful week here. The location is perfect - right on the beach and walking distance to the fishing pier and all the shops and restaurants at Pier Park. The condo was well equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check-in process was easy. And the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing! My only downsides would be that we could have used another dining chair (only 4 at the table when the condo sleeps 7) and the living room couch was really uncomfortable. But these are small things. Overall, this place was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, but a couple of things

Nice condo, but just a few things: 1. there was stagnant nasty water under the air conditioner and it was loud. 2. The ice maker didn't work & we requested maintenance for both that never came. 3. The bedspread had a couple of stains.

This was my second trip to PCB this year, and I stayed in this condo both times. This condo is in the perfect location for exploring restaurants and shopping, plus its beach front location and views from the balcony, make it a perfect place to stay and relax.

Spring Vacation

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo at Calypso Resort! The check-in process went smoothly, and the starter set of items, that we were provided, were plentiful and lasted through the week. There are simply too many positive aspects to list, but we found the condo to be clean and orderly, enjoyed the views from the living room and balcony, loved the ability to walk to Pier Park, and were happy that The Fresh Market grocery store was only a quick five-minute drive away. I highly recommend this condo, and I have already booked it again in August.

Great Experience

There was a problem checking in at first, but we were trying to check in a day earlier. Owner, got back with us quickly and fixed it quickly too. Other than that, it was a great experience and I highly recommend.
