Built as a guest house in 1906 to entertain clients from overseas. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel as if you've been transported to a gentler time while still enjoying modern conveniences such as air conditioning and high-speed internet. It is the longest-running bed-and-breakfast in St. Johns. The dining room on the top floor can be opened to the other side (listing id 2142398) to create 11 separate suites. The property has been lovingly maintained and has an admirable art collection as well as period furniture. All this is within walking distance of pubs, museums, restaurants, East Coast trails and Signal Hill. Please note we do serve breakfast in the Dining room from May 1 to October 15. This is included in our rates.
