Great house, we stayed for a wedding and this was a great place to get ready and come back and relax. Cute house and great outdoor place. Would definitely stay again.
We loved this little house. It was in the perfect location, just a walk away from restaurants, the beach and the playground. We will plan to stay here again in the future!
A cute, clean cottage conveniently located. Only issue to be aware of is 3 bedrooms are upstairs while the 2 bathrooms are downstairs - - difficult to navigate at night or if you have any physical limitations.
Beautiful home with an excellent location. We had friends staying on the Spit and we drove back and forth, so convenient. All the appliances and accessories you need to enjoy your stay. Host communication was top notch! We’ll definitely think of this rental when planning our next Homer trip.
Was able to bake & decorate a cake for my granddaughters bday, have em stay w me & can’t beat that!!!House is well equipped Only thing I had a lil trouble w was the coffeee kurig, has a mind of its ownMight want to get a new one
My Mom, Sister and Sister-In-Law all came down from Kenai and stayed at the Bungalow for 2 nights. We were immediately captivated by the beautifully preserved history and charm of the home. The owners did such a beautiful job. We wanted to know more about the history and we had immediate responses from the hosts. Very clean and cozy home, we will definitely be back!
We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy the house was compared to the outside appearance. Our group of 8 had plenty of room. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The living room was roomy and comfortable and the kitchen table expanded for our evening card games, and there were folding chairs to fit all of us. It was nice that the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash like a hotel - we were not expecting that. One shower was a bit small but the shower/bathtub combo was good. Plenty of hot water too. The kitchen was well stocked - we ate most of our meals there. We also used the outdoor grill. On the days it didn’t rain, we enjoyed the deck and fire pit. We were a short walk from Pratt museum and easy drive for groceries, etc, and to Homer spit, bishops bay and to our fishing charter. Would definitely book here again - Homer is beautiful and we plan to visit again.
The location of this house is great. I did communicate with the host a couple of times and they were very quick to respond. I would definitely go back to this location!
