We had a great time at this property! 4 adults and 4 kids (13-20). The pool was great, the kids loved the video game machine and pool table. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were all very comfortable. Our host was SUPER easy to communicate with for any questions and replied within minutes. We were also able to get an early check-in and that really helped start our stay off wonderfully!

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding and it was perfect. The space was lovely, enough room for family to stay with us. Far enough from town to not feel busy but close enough if we needed anything. Communication with the owner was always quick and helpful, would definitely recommend to others.

Great house for a large family or wedding party! We got married at Monserate Winery which is only about a 4 minute drive. Every room is so spacious and perfectly described. Denise was very responsive. There is a long drive way with a gate clicker needed at all times but other than that, a great stay! Highly recommend. Thank you Denise!

We went there in July/August 25 for about two weeks with our 5 kids.Beautiful place, stylish and fresh interior. Great pool, everything well maintained. Our host Denise was very helfpul, quick replies to any questions we had. The area is quiet, great views. We can absolutely recommend coming here!

This is a wonderful family friendly property with a fantastic view. Denise was a fantastic host and thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The property was very close to my niece’s wedding venue, which was a bonus.

Yes everything was great tip yu should tell how many step and stairs there are in this house. We had a tiddler 15 months just walking with us so the step drove us all a little crazy....but in all we had a great time in your lovely home. thanks hope you find the remote linda

Fantastic get away spot

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures. Plenty of room for multiple guests, fun game room, beautiful pool. Host is very responsive. Highly recommended staying here. Close to wineries and not too far from the airport. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Wedding Wonderland

We had a group of 8 staying in Fallbrook for a wedding at Tivoli. The location was great. The house was a perfect size for our group. Would definitely stay hete again!

Perfect “Homebase” for destination wedding

Our daughter was getting married at the Tivoli Italian villa nearby and we needed to have a place to stay fit all the weekend festivities. We had a wonderful time and the house made it so much more enjoyable.

Great location.

Pool was great, even without a heater. Property is nicely secluded. More than enough room for our group of eleven. Remodel wasn’t quite complete but we all enjoyed the property.
