The large enclosed property contains many seasonal tropical trees, including avocados, coconuts, mulberries, soursop, cherry, moringa and spice; and red grape vines. We are located in close proximity to our major mall, food stores and pharmacy; with easy access to restaurants, beaches, our Nature Preserve, downtown Nassau and Paradise Island.

Danottage Estates Subdivision is a quiet, centrally-located middle class neighbourhood with many long-term owner-occupied properties. We are only minutes away from our major Mall, food stores, pharmacy, gasoline stations and picturesque Montague Beach, where guests can enjoy a refreshing swim, sample local food and drink and observe local fishermen sell their fresh catch of the day at the adjacent dock.
