We live about 30 minutes away but have a cleaner that lives nearby if something is needed.
The neighbors have chickens, so you may have some guests in the yard from time to time looking for a snack in the grass. There is also a goat that is a big fan of the grass in the side yard, we aren't sure who it belongs to.
The front door of the property has a keypad, and you will be given a code the morning of check-in after the previous guests have left.
This is a standalone house with a private driveway, all bedrooms have queen beds, ceiling fans, noise machines, and luggage racks.

Location was perfect for our trip. We there for a deer hunting trip at AEDC WMA . The house was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Private street with lots of wildlife and privacy. Communication during the entire process was quick and simple. The house felt larger and more roomy than expected. Overall great experience and will definitely stay again!
The home was super nice. It was very clean. It had everything someone could need and the neighbors on both side had the coolest pets to watch as well. You get a country feeling but super close to any amenities you need. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone needing to stay around there.
This stay was ok. However, I don't think I would stay there again. There were weak spots in the floor where the hardwood was coming apart. They had put a rug over several spots; the smell was like a musky wet smell. The couch was dirty and smelled like dogs had been lying on it. I took a blanket out of the hall closet and put it on just so I could watch TV. I got several kinds of spray and used them daily to try to hide the smell. If you don't have a sensitive nose, you might be ok. If you have a ladybug allergy, don't go. The front is loaded with ladybugs. But that's just the area, nothing with the house. I swept up ladybugs every day while there.I'm sorry this stay was just OK....
My husband and I stayed the weekend at this house. I must say that when we arrived, it was very welcoming. The lights were left on for us, very clean, beat, and tidy. The neighborhood was very quiet. We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the front door. Everything you need in the kitchen is supplied. Soft, thick bath towels were available and the hot water was spot on! We definitely recommend a stay here! You well NOT be disappointed!
Property was clean and nice. Country setting, neighbors are friendly. Yard hadn’t been mowed but others hadn’t either so maybe they had a lot of rain previously. It made the yard unusable for kids though. Beds and pillows are extremely firm so if you’re very picky about your bed be warned. The sound machines are great in each room. USB’s in the lamps in each room are nice. Bathrooms are nice. House comes with the basics you need. There are a lot of goats and chickens around but you couldn’t hear anything in the house with the windows closed. We were in town for a graduation and while not luxury it got the job done. Would suggest adding a bit more seating in the living room and a coffee table. The bonus room is nice with the air hockey table. The kids enjoyed this and the board games. Would also suggest adding comfortable seating in the bonus room. All in all a good stay. Would stay again.

Sadly disappointed
Overall my husband and I are disappointed in the stay at 350. Upon arrival and checking in I did my regular walk through of the house just to check for damages etc. During this time I noticed the floors to have been dirty and I mean spills and mud or even possibly dog poop smeared on floors. There was a dirty puppy kennel in laundry room with a dirty shredded puppy pad. Dishes were dirty along with spills down the front of the fridge and trash can. Shower curtains were stained with black mold and the tub didn’t drain. You could hear the gurgling of the drains in the kitchen sink. There was opened food left in the refrigerator. Hand soap was watered down at sinks. It was literally one thing after another. The host was contacted and after 30 plus hours he did respond and was apologetic and gave the reason as to what happened. Which was his regular cleaning person had someone else clean it. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet aside from the chickens, luckily the sound machines help drown that out.
Clean and newly remodeled property with all the necessities for a getaway. Quiet street, with a country feel. Chickens and goats nextdoor that neighbors let use feed and pet. Definitely will book next time we are in the area
