Light filled 1 BR guest house built in 2019. Situated on 12 acre property with lovely views, starry night sky, great biking, hiking and x-country skiing from the cottage. Adjacent to Raven Ridge Natural Area with short hike offering beautiful views of the valley and Lake Champlain. Hinesburg, Bristol and Vergennes are 10-20 minutes, 30 minutes to Burlington and Middlebury. 2 hours to Montreal.

Beautiful guest house in the country

We had a lovely stay at the guest house in Monkton.It was impeccably clean and the design of the space is light and airy. A few days of exactly what we hoped for with a gracious host.

Beautiful spot!

We had such a great long weekend at Nancy's apartment! It was completely private and such a cozy, cute space. So much natural light but also private and lovely.

Beautiful Guest Home

I love Vermont, and this guest house is a fantastic spot to enjoy all Vermont has to offer. Peaceful and cozy home, easy access to nearby towns and a great natural area for hikes literally right next to the house. Nancy was a wonderful host and we will be sure to come stay again.

Clean, Comfortable, Beautiful, Great Location

We stayed for several nights and were extremely impressed. The house was incredible. Beautiful interior with an extensive and was stocked with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. Short, easy drive from Burlington as well as nearby ski areas. 100% would stay again!

Great experience.

The space was quiet, cozy, filled with natural light, well equipped, and convenient. It is situated on a country road amongst rolling hills yet convenient to the local towns. The onsite host was very accommodating yet respectful of my privacy. Thank you!!

Honeymoon Getaway

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our first weekend as husband and wife Nancy was a fantastic host, she even left a bottle of bubbly chilling in the fridge! The weather was not great so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit, even so , it was an amazing, private, disconnected (from technology!) weekend.We will be back sooner than later!!Thank you!!
