Our family has owned this beautiful time-share property at South Lake Tahoe NV for over 25 years. We hold a Gold Week which allows us to stay during Christmas week. During years when we are unable to make the trip from Texas or Colorado, we enjoy renting to others who may want to enjoy a wonderful Christmas week vacation at this gorgeous location. We have access to Daytona Beach and Bandera Texas as well. If interested in these locations please contact us for possible exchanges and/or dates.
Why they chose this property
Beautiful majestic views. Easy access to Heavenly Valley ski resort as well as other excellent ski locations nearby. Heavenly North Stagecoach ski lift parking is the next lot over from the Perennial Village.
