What better way to unwind on your next vacation trip than at this exquisite and relaxing mountain view home in California? This home is located right across the street from Heavenly Village, where you can take the free shuttle to downtown/State Line and enjoy a variety of restaurants and casinos. And, you'll also be near hiking trails and waterfalls, including Eagle Falls, Cascade Falls, Glen Alpine Falls, and Horse Tail Falls. You can do anything in Tahoe, like horseback riding, sunset boat excursions, paddleboarding lessons, shopping, enjoying live entertainment, and dinner cruises. Rent a jet ski. Go boating, water skiing, and snow skiing. Or visit Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena for additional fun. This getaway is situated at the bottom of the hill, so take a gondola ride up the mountain while enjoying the amazing view!
Return back to your home away from home after a day of exploring the local attractions and step in through the front door to find your sweet escape. With such a gorgeous view right from your patio area, you'll have a hard time not spending every second outside simmering in the hot tub. Sip on some thirst-quenching beverages out on the balcony, then come back in and use the appliances provided in the full kitchen to whip up a delectable meal for everyone. Throw some patties onto the grill and bask in the view of the mountains off in the distance, decorated with gorgeous pine trees. There's also a desk and desk chair for remote workers. Around nighttime, come back in and settle down on the comfy couches in the spacious living area and throw a movie on, courtesy of the DVD player available. Warm up by the fireplace with some hot cocoa in hand, then head to bed and doze off into dreamland.
THINGS TO KNOW
Welcome to the City of South Lake Tahoe, and thank you for choosing to
vacation here. While enjoying your time, we would like to remind you of some
important community expectations and rules for guests staying in our
neighborhoods outside of the Tourist Core. We believe that you, your family, and
friends can have an amazing vacation while still being respectful and
considerate to the neighbors around you.
City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances
a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day,
is 6 persons. Up to 4 children aged 13 and under do not count
towards this occupancy limit.
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before
8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating
equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private
property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved
Surfaces. Only 2 vehicles allowed.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except
temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or
recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a
container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart
provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.
i. Trash day is every Monday. ☐ Bear box: All trash shall be stored
in the bear box and will be collected from the bear box by South
Tahoe Refuse on trash day. ☐ No bear box: Trash and recycling shall
not be brought out to the curb before 6:00am on trash day, and shall
be removed from the curb no later than 6:00pm on trash day.
Violations of any of these conditions of operation are subject to
citations and fines starting at $1,500 per violation may be issued to both occupant
and to the property owner.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
