Guest Bedroom- Queen + 1 set of bunk beds (4 beds total)

Separate detached Fitness room in the backyard which includes fitness equipment, a sofa double sleeper/day bed, fitness equipment. Fitness room has heating and air conditioning.

South Lake Tahoe vacation rental permit occupancy limits as follows. Maximum of 6 adult guests and up to 5 children (Age 14 or younger). Maximum # of Vehicles is 4. Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage, no street parking is allowed during winter months as per SLT vacation rental ordinance. There is a 2-car garage, and a driveway. We have a driveway snow service to keep the driveways clear for worry-free access in the winter. Garage has direct house access so you won't have to worry about scraping your windshield with ice during winter.

Please note...Main house has no air conditioning, but with our great Tahoe summers it is rarely needed! House is insulated well and has ceiling fans.

This was the perfect house for us because we had two couples and each couple had a king bed with a nice size tv. If you add in the amazing open layout, the hot tub, the pool table, shuffleboard, Pac-Man game and comfy couch with a large living room tv - you really can’t beat it! We would absolutely stay here again! :)

Fantastic property! Pictures were great-even better in person! My family stayed here over Thanksgiving-we loved the backyard, pool table and game room and the spa! We had an excellent stay from start to finish. The home was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The open-concept layout made the space feel welcoming and comfortable, allowing our family to spend quality time together without feeling crowded.The game room was a great feature and was enjoyed by everyone, and the family especially loved spending time in the hot tub and relaxing in the backyard. These amenities really added to the overall experience.The host was wonderful to work with and kindly allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival much easier and set the tone for a great stay. The location is quiet and relaxing while still being close to the lake and Heavenly, and everything else South Lake Tahoe has to offer.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Don, was an excellent host.He checked on us multiple times via email and even called to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. The place itself met all our needs and was in close proximity to everything. The cabin had plenty to entertain us (5 adults) . We made some good memories and definitely will be back.

This home truly impressed us and looks even better in person! My family of 4 and our dogs had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay here. The owner, Don, was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was immaculate, organized, and had plentiful of home necessities available for us, such as bath towels, plastic bags, flashlights, & all kitchen essentials you can think of. It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and close proximity to a shopping center and restaurants. We also appreciated the fully fenced yard for our dogs. All the beds were so comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were huge and thoughtfully stocked with supplies. The pool table was a hit and tho we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the hot tub, there is one available ready to use. My family and I can’t wait for our next stay in this beautiful home!

OMG... This was THE PERFECT PLACE for us to land after being on the road for a week at sub-par hotel rooms!!! Beautifully located on a quiet street surrounded by pine trees, this house had comfy beds, soft sheets, plenty of pillows, a large 2 headed walk in shower as well as a giant indoor tub that comfortably fit myself and my 6'3" bf, AND an outdoor jacuzzi tub to soak your tired bones under the stars! The kitchen was so nicely stocked that all i needed to get was the food and one spice and we had homemade meals while on the road! In addition to the endless list of comforts, there were several giant tv's, an awesome sound system, a regulation sized pool table, a shuffleboard game, and an arcade console with all my faves from the 80's and 90's! We were in town to explore the Tahoe area but on 2 days of our stay, we did not leave the house because we just did not want to! ... But if you do decide to leave the house you will find it is centrally located to see all the beauty the Tahoe area has to offer! Don is a super host! He has created a beautiful & comfortable place to stay while on the road and he went above & beyond with instructions and communication to help make our stay perfect... We will be back!

Fantastic property

We had an outstanding stay at this VRBO property. The photos and description are spot on though I believe the property is more beautiful and inviting in person. Located about 1 mile from the beach and one of my favorite dining spots, Riva Grill. It’s also just a little over 2 miles to the casinos. Very quiet and well kept area of South Lake. The owner, Dave, was very attentive and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave for trusting your lovely home with me and my family.

We arrived at the home early. Don let us in…really nice guy. Don’s home is beautiful! The yard is immaculate. Hardly ever do you see a well manicured lawn area in Tahoe. Well stocked, comfortable couch, all beds are comfortable, enough hot water (shower) for all of us. I can’t say enough good for this home. The little things..towel hooks next to the hot tub, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, beach towels, hot tub towels, shower water pressure is great. We will definitely rent this home again. Thanks Don!

The property was better than described: newly renovated, great locaion, impecibly landscaped, great amenities, cozy Tahoe comfy vibe. We had a friend come to CA from Chicago for her birthday and her wish was to visit Lake Tahoe. The property was beyond expectations. Don (the owner) made sure we had everything we needed and was always available to answer any questions about the property or SLT. Best VRBO experience ever. My concern about giving such a good review is the property will be booked so often I won't be able to stay there again.

Incredible Weekend in South Shore

Our family really enjoyed our time at this property over the weekend. The home is beautiful and spacious. It comfortably fit five adults and our dog. The location is ideal for many reasons. You are in close proximity to many restaurants, shops and activists. Everything in the home was working properly. We definitely enjoyed the pool table. The home was extremely clean upon check in. The property host was kindly checking in on our experience throughout our stay. We will definitely be back again!
