Everything was great the beds and pillows were comfy. We liked the loft space upstairs and the location was perfect - right within walking distance of a few restaurants (breakfast, lunch, bars, and a grocery). Just be aware the bathroom is quite small - you could use the bathroom, take a shower, and wash your hands at the same time.

I thought we had our own driveway and with all the events no place to park for a couple streets. No good sitting area for a group. Bedroom off kitchen the mattress is loud with every move and sink hole in the middle.

The place is close to Keeneland and reasonably priced, which is why we chose it, however - there were 4 of us and it didn't have enough space for us to gather in the same room comfortably. The smaller bed creaks terribly every time you move and the bathroom door won't/can't stay shut. We will not be returning. Also, we parked in driveway to the left and then were told by construction workers that it wasn't that property's driveway and that we must move our car and park on street - that wasn't made clear by the description of the property.

Great Place To Stay!

This property was perfect for a weekend stay. The house was very clean and had many amenities to offer for guests. The location was perfect as it is super close to Chevy Chase and a five minute walk to Kroger. I would totally recommend staying here!

LOCATION

We loved this cozy home and its super comfy beds! It was centrally located and so convenient to downtown! The neighborhood was super safe and very walkable with a Kroger a few blocks away and Uk right around the corner.

Weekend getaway

Lovely little home walking distance to a nice park, some restaurants, and about a mile from UK or downtown Lexington. Kitchen is spacious and well appointed. Bedrooms were big and beds were comfy. Two fireplaces for ambiance and a cool attic space. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I brought our youngest son to visit his half sibling's. We rented a house instead of hotel so that we could cook together play board games and watch movies. It was nice evening location close to geocery. Very quiet area we will be back next year.
