This houseboat has two bedrooms - one king sized and one with 2 twin beds. Each has its own private bath. This spacious houseboat comes with a large washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, family room, 3 smart TV’s, 5G WIFI and a unique bar and a 20 x 18 ft deck for sunning - all overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are fabulous!
The houseboat has all the comforts of home while having direct access to boating and fishing. It is located 3 miles from famous downtown Duval Street and its world famous sunsets. Enjoy shopping, 43 bars, 380 restaurants and a Publix grocery store just 2 miles from the front door. Relax and enjoy the spectacular views or dine out in a new restaurant every night of your vacation!
