The home is large with lots of choices for sleeping. Plenty of items for cooking meals. Amble bedding and towels provided. Good communication from the host.
Was in the QCA for floatzilla and stayed at this property just at the start of campbells island. The house was large and comfortable. Everything you need to cook and eat in. The host was very friendly and responsive.
We loved staying here. Lots of options to sleep many people as well as many common areas to enjoy. We also loved the pool right on the river. Great views! May need to bring extra trash bags for large groups otherwise it was pretty well stocked and a great Island House.
We had such an amazing family trip at this home. Plenty of space for everyone, the pool and deck area were perfect for what we were looking for- relaxing and enjoying time together. The owner was very attentive and responsive. We will be back next year.
We all absolutely loved it. It is a beautiful home with a beautiful pool and plenty of room lots of sitting area very cozy thank you for letting us enjoy your place for the weekend we will for sure probably be back next year if you'll have a thank you
We rented this for a graduation party and it was perfect. There is a ton of space to spread out, so it didn't ever seem like we were on top of each other. Driveway is large enough to fit several cars. I had a ton of questions, and the owner was very responsive to all of them. I will definitely be a repeat guest!
Loved the location of the house, just a short drive to many places in the Quad Cities but still felt secluded. There were 11 of us and plenty of places to sleep and plenty of extra bedding and towels were provided. Everyone loved the ping pong/pool table, but the biggest highlight was the pool. The entire pool is the same depth, probably around 4 1/2 feet, so it was perfect for all of the kids. It was hard to get them to leave the pool long enough to do anything else!
We have a large family that lives throughout the US, so we needed a place that we could all be at to have our Thanksgiving celebration. This place was perfect for that. We were able to cook, celebrate and relax all in one place. We would love to come back during the summer to try out the pool.
Property was just what we needed for our time away from home. Lots of room indoors and outside, plenty of comfortable furniture to lounge around on, and the billiard and ping pong was enjoyable.
We have a large family that rarely are able to spend time all together. This house was perfect for a family Christmas together! Plenty of sleeping areas, yet large open gathering area! Ping Pong/pool table was a big hit! Manisha is a great host, very accommodating and great communication. Would love to do again next year!
This is a perfect property for a large family, which we were. There are large common areas for togetherness and plenty of other rooms for privacy. The large deck with pool overlooking the Mississippi River was awesome. House was very clean. I highly recommend this place and will definitely rent again on our next visit to the Quad Cities.
Our family grew up in Moline and has since moved to many corners of the US. We gathered for a celebration of life and needed a place to accommodate family members who were traveling and needed a place to stay several nights. What a perfect place we found on Campbells island. It was spacious, clean and everything we could have imagined. Highly recommend!! Will definitely return
Our stay was great. Manisha made us feel we were her #1 priority. She couldn,t have been more accommodating. House is great. Pool is great. No complaints.
Celebrated 50 years married with family here. Spacious accommodations, nice scenery, fun game room. A place for everyone to sleep, nice and ample dining areas, plenty of room in the kitchen. Kitchen was missing some everyday items like pot holders and a colander. Went and purchased what we needed and added to inventory. Such a minor negative for all the great times we had in this house. Family time is the best time. Thanks.

Good
Overall the stay wasnt too bad. We did have a misunderstanding as far as policies. Some were changed last minute and we weren’t made aware ahead of time. We did run out of water a couple of times during our stay. The house was very clean and just like the pictures.
Communication was great and prompt with the owner/mgr. However, we were unable to get the oven door open after cooking food so it had to be left shut & unable to use for last day, propane ran out after grilling once and no back up tank, water pressure was low at certain points.
The property was perfect for a large group of adults (12+ people). Super clean, plenty of living and sleeping space, and a giant deck + pool for us to hang out! Believe me - pictures don’t do justice to how wonderful and spacious the property is (Manisha, you should take better pics to showcase your lovely home :).
The owner communicated promptly and was very friendly, we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and clean up afterwards, and check in and out was a breeze. I highly recommend this house and Manisha for anyone needing a place to stay in the area, you will not find a better property guaranteed.
Everything was great about the house for our group of friends. The only thing we had issues with is the oven. it had trouble heating up. The things we were going to bake we ended up heating on the stove top. Our contact did offer to send someone out to fix it but the one breakfast was all that we were cooking there anyway.
Other than that we had a great stay.

Nice enough place, but.....
The stay was nice enough, but after the stay we were notified that a claim for damage was made against the insurance we were required to get when making the reservations. It was for $425 for an old bar chair that was claimed to be purchased for $450. This chair was in rough shape when we got there. My advice if you stay here is to take a picture of the broken mailbox, duct-taped electrical outlets on the porch, rips in the upstairs screens, "complimentary" food left in the refrigerator, collections of junk in the garage and kids clothing hanging upstairs, and anything else that you may be blamed for breaking or messing with while there. I am not aware if this claim affected my credit rating or had any other impact to me, but this is the first time I have ever been required to get separate insurance for a VRBO (only done a dozen or so of them).
