Very good communication, the place is expansive with a really nice living room and out door area to talk/be together. The next door neighbors house is junky but we never saw or heard anything from them. The beds were comfortable…the ones we tried, there are pull out sofas all over. We always take a nonstick pan with any VRBO…just a smart thing to do. The dishwasher was very handy and the water pressure was better than we expected. The fridge/stove and coffee maker were all clean. We would go back. One last thing with any VRBO, I always throw a propane tank along for the bbq, again just a smart thing to do

The house was great. It had lots of room, host communication was perfect, and everything advertised was as expected. There were only a few minor details for suggestions: The left twin bed upstairs was at an angle, which made it impossible to sleep on. There were multiple other beds, so it wasn’t a big deal. The coffee maker needs descaled. A 4th ping pong paddle would’ve been nice.

The place was extremely clean and well kept. The house is huge and the pool and deck area is great. The host was attentive. Overall had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Host was easy to communicate with and the description was accurate. If you are coming with an 8 person group this is beyond perfect for you. Plenty of rooms to have your own time in and plenty of activities to dive into. You won't regret the stay and we truly plan on coming back.

The property was as advertised. The view out the back to see a channel of the Mississippi river was nice. The layout of the house was unique with where the various bedrooms and sofa beds were located. The living room and dining room were large and able to accommodate group gatherings. The location was secluded enough to offer quiet in the evening and night but close enough to get to the wide variety of restaurants in the area.

the home was very spacious, giving us ample room to hold our family reunion. Due to storms, we were only able to use the pool one day, but our great niece had fun swimming.We appreciated the easy access to grocery stores, as we came in from North Caroline and not familiar with the area.

Great for large family

We loved staying here. Lots of options to sleep many people as well as many common areas to enjoy. We also loved the pool right on the river. Great views! May need to bring extra trash bags for large groups otherwise it was pretty well stocked and a great Island House.

Was in the QCA for floatzilla and stayed at this property just at the start of campbells island. The house was large and comfortable. Everything you need to cook and eat in. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Family Vacation

The pool was our main reason for booking. We were not disappointed. A beautiful pool! The house was spacious but the a/c didn’t work in the 2nd floor bedrooms very well. It was 90 degrees out. A perfect place for our family to hangout!

Spacious home

The home is large with lots of choices for sleeping. Plenty of items for cooking meals. Amble bedding and towels provided. Good communication from the host.

2024 family trip

We had such an amazing family trip at this home. Plenty of space for everyone, the pool and deck area were perfect for what we were looking for- relaxing and enjoying time together. The owner was very attentive and responsive. We will be back next year.

The host is very welcoming, and she communicates very well. She made sure I was well-accommodated at all time and enjoyed my stay. The house itself is very large, and it sleeps 12 people comfortably, which is really impressive. Large closets upstairs was a cool feature as well. The island the home is on, Campbell’s island, is also really cool and kind of secluded from the rest of East Moline but still close to everything. My group and I didn’t get to use the pool in the backyard because we went at the end of October, but some of used the weights in the sunroom. The host was awesome, and there’s plenty to do at the house and in the surrounding area!
