We have stayed at The Villa twice now, and we hope to be back next year. The home is welcoming and has everything we needed for a week away. Everything is cozy, and comfy, and Kim is a wonderful host. We fully recommend staying here.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The surroundings are beautiful and other than the occasional plane landing (which we loved seeing), it is very quiet. We highly recommend this place!
The house was great! Very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the views around were amazing! Very convenient for a few days of sledding and skiing. We would definitely be back!

The three of us really enjoyed our stay at the Villa!! Met the host, Kim the first night and spent some time drinking wine and playing cornhole on the vineyard which was awesome. So clean and beds were comfy. Thank you!

Fatima and her guests were a pleasure to host! Such a fun group! Highly recommend.
My husband and I wanted a place to get away, just the two of us, for four days. The Vila was perfect! We spent most of our time indoors playing games at the large table, sitting on the comfy couch, watching TV, and cooking meals in the spacious kitchen. We have loved our time at the Villa and we'll definitely be back!
Highly recommend and would love to stay here again. The vineyard/orchard location was peaceful and relaxing; loved the view of the valley. Kim was helpful and gracious. Don't miss a wine tasting.
It was a perfect location for a weekend of wedding events. A lovely respite from the hectic activities of a big family wedding/reunion. We loved sitting on the patio taking in the bird song and views.

We had planned to bike the Apple Capitol Loop but the weather was too cold. Instead we walked/hiked up to saddle rock and also walked around Confluence State Park. We enjoyed eating out at the restaurants in Old Town Wenatchee and strolling around town and visiting Pybus Public Market. We also lazed around in our comfortable accommodations!
Great and very comfortable home. We had everything we needed for a weekend stay for skiing at Mission Ridge. The house is very clean and modern. The check-in process went very smoothly and the host is very friendly. I would definitely recommend to other guests.

Few items. One - floors are freezing! Two - only three large towels for a house that houses 4 people. Three - the house is connecting power to two RV spots. One of them blew a fuse and had to come ask for us to flip breakers. Otherwise great spot!

Thank you Brad, I apologize for the number of towels. My house keeper took inventory and he said we had 5 shower towels, so thank you for bringing that to my attention. Also, we have had traveling RN's for the last 4 years and have never had an issue. I did speak with Site B and they said there was a house guest that was using to many appliances and was not aware. I am sorry that was an inconvenience. As far as the floors, the house was built in the 80's we do not have radiant heat under our LVP. Maybe slippers next time? Again, never had an issue. Appreciate your concerns and would love to host you again.

We really enjoyed the beautiful view and quietness. I was changed 1500 dollars damage retainer. It was refundable. Just wondering why it has not been returned to my credit card. We did no damages to the place. In fact we left it as clean as we found it. Jody Flora
The house suits our family of three, enough space to move around and cozy. This is the first time we stayed in East Wenatchee when skiing in Mission Ridge ski area. Not too far - 25-30 minutes away. We like the view of the mountain from the back of the house.A couple of things that could be improved.1. When we arrived, the house was really cold. It took us a while to find the thermostat in the living room to turn up the heat. The bedrooms were cold as well, but the thermostat control knobs are on the wall, so no issues.2. There was no dishwashing sponge prepared. I was able to find it in one of the closets, so all good.It would be nice if these things were taken care of before we arrived.Overall, our stay was enjoyable. We also appreciate that Kim responded our questions very quickly.

Hi Pei-Hua😊
We do ask the previous guest to turn the thermostats down to 68 degrees. Unfortunately, there was no guests prior to your arrival, so I'm sure it was slightly chilly on your arrival. As far as the sink sponge, we always have a new one sitting by the sink still in the plastic wrap, so the housekeeping crew must of missed that step. So sorry. It is not something that we didn't think of for our guests. We are glad the house fit your needs for a family ski trip!

About the host
Hosted by Kim Bianchi
Doug and Kim discovered this special 10-acre property in 2017 with a shared vision: to create a place rooted in hard work, beauty, and connection to the land. Over the years, the ranch house was thoughtfully remodeled into The Villa—a cozy, welcoming home designed to take in sweeping views, quiet mornings, and unforgettable sunsets.
While the winery chapter has since closed, the spirit behind it remains. This property reflects years of dedication, creativity, and love for gathering people together. Hosting here allows Kim to continue sharing the peaceful setting and sense of place that Doug helped create.
Originally from Washington, Kim has always loved welcoming friends, family, and guests into spaces that feel comfortable, personal, and relaxing. Being a host is her way of offering others a chance to slow down, enjoy the scenery, and feel at home—whether that means sipping coffee on the patio, watching the stars come out, or simply enjoying the calm of the countryside.
Guests are invited to experience the views, the quiet, and the warmth that make this property so special.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood offers the best of both worlds—privacy and space, with convenient access to nearby towns, dining, and activities. Set on larger properties, the area feels open and peaceful, with plenty of room to enjoy the views and the quiet.
What I love most is the balance. It’s calm and uncrowded, yet close enough that you can easily explore local shops, wineries, outdoor recreation, or return home for a cozy evening in.
Guests often comment on how relaxing the setting is and how much they appreciate the privacy and scenery.
What makes this property unique
This property offers rare privacy, expansive views, and a thoughtfully designed home on 10 acres. It’s a peaceful retreat where guests can enjoy open space, quiet evenings, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere—something you don’t find in most vacation rentals.
