Very clean, perfect size, beds were super comfy, nice to have TVs in each bedroom. All appliances were clean and worked. Super convenient location. We loved the cottage and we loved the Noda neighborhood. Very convenient to highway and public transportation, blue line to access all of Charlotte. The hosts were very responsive.
It is a very cozy and clean home. I loved the location, it was quiet but also nearby to all of the popular destinations of Charlotte. I would definitely recommend booking your stay here and your pets will love it too!
Our stay was everything we needed it to be- comfortable, clean and homey! Coffee shops were within walking distance, as well as all sorts of restaurants. Our bed was really comfortable with amazing sheets & comforter- felt like a hotel bed! Highly recommend.
Pros - Great location for concert at spectrum center. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but it’s in an up and coming area. The inside was updated as best as it could be, it’s an older house. Coffee and creamer for keurig was available. Alarm was inside but no instructions on how to use it. Cons - Doors were dirty, paint was peeling in kitchen, on ceilings. Bathroom shower wasn’t sealed correctly, so there was mold. Under the kitchen sink there was a lot of bug repellant and a mouse trap. If that bothers you…No table lamps in living room, so bright light was on. No water in fridge.
The sheets on the canopy bed were gross!!! Crust where I was going to sleep and when I flipped them around they were all stained. Debris on the floor. Dirty dishes - we washed everything we used after the first few things were dirty. The oven takes FOREVER to heat up and it never got to 350 degrees...we waited for 75 minutes to get to 290, yes one hour and 15 minutes. The canopy bed is ridiculous, it looks like a mosquito net around it and the net and post blocks a chunk of the TV, I'd get rid of it and put a normal bed in there. There was nowhere to set things in that room either. We also found it odd that the living room has oy one side table placed where oy one person has access to it. Get a small coffeee table for people to share and maybe place the side table between the couch and chair.
Location was great. Some small details could be improved. No tissues. One dish towel, limited wash cloths and bath towels. Had to wash them to use the next time. Didn’t have laundry detergent available, although I do carry my own. All that being said, I would stay there again.
We loved our stay; were very comfortable. only two suggestions for the house: maybe get an over the door metal towel rack for the bathroom, and a box of tissues to put somewhere in the house besides the bathroom so we don't have to use TP to blow noses.
Just like all the other reviews, this place was perfect for our needs. We stayed for two nights. We took my granddaughter's to the Christmas Event at Truist Field. It was only a 5-10 minute drive...only a couple miles
I always travel with my big newfoundland and was so pleased at how clean and fresh the home was. You would never know it was pet friendly! Big enough yard to take her out. Such a quiet neighborhood, she never barked once..
WiFi worked great! I keep a camera on when I'm away from the dog and the feed was perfect.
Would recommend this place to anyone and would most definitely book again!
Spent one night there for a concert at the spectrum center and it was the perfect location. Quick Lyft ride to the center. Cute comfortable house to stay. Would stay again!
The house is only a block from a major road, but it was amazingly quiet. Just up the way are many restaurants, bars and breweries.
The house itself is small but well laid out so the four of us never felt like we were stuffed together. My bed was comfortable and the bedroom was isolated enough to sleep through the night while the others were ambling around.
We enjoyed the Keurig coffee provided, and we were able to make breakfast after picking up some food at the local Food Lion.
Overall, great place, great location.
The house was just as the listing described. It was a nice size for the 4 of us. The area was quiet and walkable. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
We had a great stay at "Be Our Guest" It is in NODA area and walking distance to alot of really great restaurants and eclectic shopping. The house was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. We attended a concert at the BOA Stadium and it was only about a 10 minute drive. Thanks for a great stay!!
