Great Stay

This was the perfect setting for a girl's weekend! The house is adorable and so cutely decorated, the patio/hot tub area is perfect for relaxing and morning coffee, and it's conveniently close to the downtown area.

Excellent place to stay. Honestly, the photos you see don’t do justice to the many intricate details that have been into this home. Every single aspect of the home has been modernized, while also keeping the charm of Prescott & my fiancée and I simply wished we could have stayed longer. The jacuzzi was just amazing— easy to operate & just outstanding on a couple of chilly November nights. The bathrooms are upgraded (as is everything else) and whether you’re a shower guy like me, or a bath girl like my fiancée — they are both standout features of this beautiful home. Highly recommended! I stayed 11/2 - 11/4 & Will either stay at this property or one of their others in the near future.

This place was just as advertised, modern, luxury, convenient. The host were very responsive to any question or need. Pleasant neighborhood. Quiet and convenient. If we ever return to Prescott we hope to be able still here again.

This home was amazing. Close to everything we enjoy doing, but very quite. Everything was perfect with the home and our hosts Gabriel and Melinda were outstanding. We will DEFINITLEY book here again.

Fantastic Hidden Gem

From booking to checkout, Gabriel was wonderful to work with. The place was clean, cozy, and went above and beyond for all aspects. The roomy, comfortable bed, the fantastic shower and amenities, and the full kitchen were just some of the awesome perks. Super happy with our stay and we will definitely be back!

We were very fortunate to have even met the owners, Gabriel and Melinda. They were warm and friendly. They left the heat up for us due to a chilly day. We walked into a CLEAN, COZY, WARM and MODERN house. I can't say enough, our stay was awesome. Looking forward to the next trip to Prescott.

Perfect!

Adorable cottage perfect for a couple's getaway! Updated, cozy and comfortable. The bed and linens were awesome...most comfortable I've slept in at any vacation home. Walking distance to courthouse square, restaurants and shops (slight uphill walk as you begin, but once you get to light, easy walk). Owner, Gabriel, was great with communication and very accommodating.

Modern cozy

We had a nice time. The neighborhood was very quiet. Lots of streets and short trails to walk our little dogs. Overall the place was very modern and cozy. We were unable to stay as long as we wanted due to problems back home but we will return to this relaxing place again. Oh, I loved the little library of books. There is a book on those shelves that would interest anyone. M&S Tucson AZ.

Clean and nice

The property is in a good location to walk about a mile to get to Whiskey Row downtown. Thumb Butte and other hiking is a short drive before you are in the National Forest! Gabriel and Melinda are very accessible and willing to help to make your stay a comfortable one! Laundry soap was provided and the washer and dryer work as expected. The king bed is comfortable. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

This house is small with low ceilings, but we got used to it. Modern kitchen & bathrooms, (although 6'4" had a tight squeeze in the shower), mattress was comfortable, flat screen TV's in each room. Hosts provided Kuerig coffee pods and kitchen essentials. Frosted windows all around are a good idea due to surrounding buildings. Neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. The walk to downtown was too long for us, but the hosts were very accommodating and communicative.

It's Everything!

First of all, the owners are awesome. So friendly and personable. The property is so stinking cute and decorated very clean and modern. Every room has little touches that make it feel like home. The whole place was spotless...the comfy beds were piled high with soft, squishy pillows. They have throws and blankets everywhere. They literally thought of everything. The location is close to the square but also in a wooded area that is walkable. I am for sure staying here again and would recommend it to all.

Cozy, Quiet and Great Location

We spent the weekend here while participating in the annual Hot Shots charity event hosted by Captain CrossFit. Our stay was absolutely fabulous! The home was exactly as advertised. Luxurious, modern and about a 10 minute walk to downtown. It’s obvious that Gabriel takes prides in his property. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the well-timed, easy to understand and detailed emails Gabriel provided. Checking-in and out was stress-free and we loved the private parking spot! The little unexpected extras provided by our host were something that my husband and I also really appreciated. I will definitely be back!

Loved everything about our stay. Very welcoming. Newly renovated, modern, cozy, super clean and all the amenities that one could wish for. Even a personal welcome note. Very sweet gesture. The only thing I was a little surprised about was the distance to Whiskey Row. Thought it would have been a bit closer but we got Ubers for under $6 and they came and picked us up quickly. No complaints. I hope the owners would host me and my friend again for a future visit! Really enjoyed myself in Prescott.

Great owners but very small property

We stayed here a few weeks back because of all the positive reviews and the proximity to downtown.First the positives, the owners are phenomenal. They’re very responsive to your needs. Secondly, the place is completely remodeled, and the finishes are great.It’s also very close to downtown Prescott. It was too warm to walk into downtown but short drive and you were there.That being said, it’s so small that if you’re over 6 foot you’re going to feel constrained, constricted and uncomfortable. It feels like a tiny house.They also put frost on the majority of the windows so it feels like you’re in a giant shower, and you cannot open the windows. There’s really no storage space whatsoever so be prepared to have your suitcases on the floor.The front yard was full of weeds and there really is no backyard. The spa is a two person spa and it’s essentially in the front yard next to the door surrounded by a gazebo.I appreciate how responsive the owners were, but definitely not a place I would stay at again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The place is exactly as described. Very modern with a luxury feel. Super easy check in and check out process. The hosts seemed to have thought of everything from games, books, and even sleeping masks. It was simple and easy to communicate with them and they were very responsive. Cute little front yard to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Helpful that there is a parking spot because it seems dangerous to park on the street (not much space). It took us a bit to figure out how to work the shower without getting water all over the floor. If you're tall (over 6ft), be prepared. In some spots the ceilings are really low. My mom forgot her blanket, but the hosts went above and beyond and are shipping it back to us. Overall, we loved the place and would definitely stay again.
