Then come home and gather with the family in the spacious living room and large family room. You will love the private backyard with the unique boulder fire pit, great for smores! Enjoy a nice dinner on the patio or rock on the front porch and watch the sunset. After a long day of exploring, you can look forward to a great nights sleep. All three bedrooms have super comfy queen beds and resort sheets. Looking for things to do...We are walking distance from the Worlds Oldest Rodeo! Family gathering

Family gathering to celebrate our grandsons 1st birthday, house was perfect for our small group with a nice park next door to explore. Shopping close by for last minute needs. Location close to downtown Prescott where we spent time enjoyimg the sights. Hostess was ready available to make sure we needed anything!.

Cool place and cozy

The house is super cute and cozy. We didn’t need to buy anything extra for the house, all necessities were provided. Nice location, and close to many restaurants. Our host was very considerate and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again!

Charming home close to activities

The Barn House was exactly as pictured. It was a perfect fit for 6 adults over a weekend. Nice front and back outside space. Plenty of places to sit and visit inside. Good dining table for games and cards. Thank you.

We really enjoyed how close the house was to restaurants and whiskey row. We also loved that the cabinets were labeled, so we didn’t have to keep opening up every cabinet and possibly put things away in the wrong cabinet.

Beautiful home in beautiful town

The house was amazing and fit 6 of us comfortably! I It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to whiskey row that if you do want entertainment it’s just a 4 min drive. We loved the place and look forward to staying again!

Spacious and cozy

We really enjoyed our stay at the barn house! Everything was clean and cozy and it was very spacious for our family of 6. My kids loved the chess/checker table and the backyard was very cool. We were there during a cold spell and were glad to find plenty of extra blankets, as well as a space heater. We will definitely be back!

Weekend stay

House was clean and had plenty of space. Unfortunately the outside patio furniture was filthy and we couldn't enjoy the outside. With our short stay it wasn't worth the hassle of contacting the property manager.

I love the location of this home and the old barn style look. The neighborhood is great with many long time residents. I love sitting on the front porch as the sun sets waving to the neighbors as they walk by.
