Super clean, fully furnished, eco friendly house. Enjoy a family meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Or walk 1 block up the street and enjoy a meal at Casa Sanchez Mexican Restaurant. Then come home and gather with the family in the spacious living room and large family room. You will love the private backyard with the unique boulder fire pit, great for smores! Enjoy a nice dinner on the patio or rock on the front porch and watch the sunset. After a long day of exploring, you can look forward to a great nights sleep. All three bedrooms have super comfy queen beds and resort sheets. Looking for things to do...We are walking distance from the Worlds Oldest Rodeo! Stroll downtown and enjoy the night life at the bars and restaurants on the square. Or go for a great hike, just 2 miles from beautiful Thumb Butte Mountain. The Barn House has everything you need to make this your perfect get away!

So many good things to say about this property. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood just a short way to the downtown area. Also there is a good Mexican restaurant and excellent coffee shop within walking distance. It is right next to a park, which was a bonus for my family with three grade school/junior high age kids. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property for an enjoyable stay in Prescott.

The Barn house is a super cute house in a perfect location! The beds are really comfortable, the place is clean and everything we needed was right there. The front porch was a great place to sit and watch the rain. The back patio was a great place to sip a glass of wine after dark. The owner is very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. Will definitely stay here again on future trips.

The house is super cute and cozy. We didn’t need to buy anything extra for the house, all necessities were provided. Nice location, and close to many restaurants. Our host was very considerate and checked in to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed how close the house was to restaurants and whiskey row. We also loved that the cabinets were labeled, so we didn’t have to keep opening up every cabinet and possibly put things away in the wrong cabinet.
