Haven at the Preserve is an architectural masterpiece designed with an eco-friendly design perfect for Arizona. This luxurious, concrete & iron three bedroom, two bathroom home was built into the boulders with natural waterfall features, awe-inspiring views and a hot tub. The home provides a grounding & healing space with an amazing Arizona backdrop. The passive solar home provides guests with a gourmet kitchen, outdoor pizza oven, grill and meditation space. A perfect, serene space for travelers.

Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Listen to the rustling of the pine trees as you relax on the lovely deck, Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square. Bring your chairs or blanket, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for everyone from carnivores to vegans and to those who are gluten free.

Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 2-1/2 hours away.
Beautiful Sedona is 1 1/2 hours away, Jerome is 1 hour and Flagstaff 2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 25 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: The open concept living room features plenty of windows to allow the natural light fill the space. Guests may enjoy their evening by the fireplace while streaming their favorite shows on the Smart TV. The living room features French doors that open to a view of Thumb Butte.

Kitchen: A lot of thought has gone into stocking this home to provide you with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Appliances include refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, electric kettle, oven and more. The kitchen features large windows that encourage guests to enjoy mother nature. There is counter space that seats four. There is also a dining table for eight guests.

Bedroom1: This bedroom is located on the main level of the home. It features a queen size bed, bedside tables, dresser and closet space. There are French doors leading to a natural waterfall feature and private outdoor shower space. Please note the outdoor shower has cold water only.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a queen size bed, bedside tables, sofa, chair and dresser space. This room has a deck on each side of the room for fabulous views of the sunrise and sunset.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a full size bed, bedside lamps, closet space and a designated work space. The room features glass doors with a private walkway overlooking the living room with views to the outside.

Bathroom 1: This bathroom is located in the master bedroom. It features a walk-in shower, double sink vanity and private toilet. It is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Bathroom 2: This bathroom is located on the second floor. It features a shower/tub combo, single sink vanity and toilet. It is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bathroom features a sensor to alert the tankless water system to start heating the water.

Laundry area: Hidden in the kitchen, you will find the washer and dryer with a supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.

OUTSIDE
Haven at the Preserve is a nature lover`s dream, the architect wanted the home and nature to peacefully coexist. Guests are encouraged to open windows & doors to allow for natural air flow and serene sounds throughout. The front of the home has several stairs leading to the front door with built-in seating and a waterfall. The outside deck features comfortable seating, wrapping around to an outdoor dining table and down the rock stairs to the grilling area. This area features natural rock seating, tables, a grill and a wood-fire pizza oven with ambient lighting. The back door opens to a covered patio offering built in seating with a small bistro table. There are stairs leading to the soaking tub surrounded by Granite Boulders. Alongside of that is a space for morning yoga or meditation.

*Other things to note:*
The driveway is on the steeper side, however there is ample parking for two cars in the driveway and two cars in the garage. The home has AC in the upstairs area and a mini-split in the master bedroom, please note the living room and kitchen do not have air ducts directly to them.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees of $115, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It’s the guest`s responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added. See below for more information on additional guest fees, pet fees and the policies on these matters.

Wanderlust Prescott Retreats is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed.

Pets or No Pets; It’s the guest’s responsibility to make Wanderlust Prescott Retreats aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions four days prior to arrival.

• Please turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take out your trash before you leave.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
