Noel Chateau is the perfect place to unwind and relax with views of the Bradshaw Mountains. This luxurious chateau features four bedrooms, two and a half baths, loft area and panoramic views, which allow guests to explore outdoors without compromising deluxe amenities. The chateau is beautifully decorated in modern decor, features plenty of natural lighting and provides amazing outdoor spaces throughout the property.

Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Annual Courthouse Lighting in Arizona’s Christmas City, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for everyone from carnivores to vegans and to those who are gluten free.

Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 2-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: The large open living room allows plenty of space for gathering with friends and family. The living room offers a TV and plenty of space for everyone to visit. There is a ping pong table, foosball and additional seating area on the second floor.

Kitchen: This kitchen is completely stocked with all the necessary supplies including spices. There is a large dining table that fits six comfortably. The Viking Stove Range allows guests to cook for everyone without any hassle. Appliances include: Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave. The home is outfitted with a carafe coffee maker.

Bathroom 1 : Located on the ground floor level of the home, this bathroom features a Luxurious walk-in shower with waterfall shower head, toilet and vanity. Linens and amenities are available for guest use.

Bathroom 2: Located on the second floor, this bathroom features a toilet and vanity. It is directly off the main living space.

Master Bathroom: Located off the master bedroom. This bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower with waterfall shower head, a double vanity, toilet, powder vanity and a large walk-in closet. Linens and amenities are available for guest use.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located on the ground floor level. It features a queen size bed and a twin size bunk bed.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located on the ground floor level. It features a king size bed, dresser and lots of closet space. There is a sofa that pulls out to a queen size bed. The room offers a sliding glass door to the main deck area.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located on the ground floor. It features a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps and sitting area. The room offers a small kitchenette for coffee in bed and a TV. There is a sliding glass door with direct access to the main deck area for guests to enjoy the hanging chairs.

Master Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the second floor. This bedroom features a king size bed, bedside tables, dressers and a large bench. There is a beautiful view of the mountains, greenhouse area and the occasional deer sighting from the large window.

BBQ Room: This indoor space is perfect for grilling! Located just off the main living area the space provides a large propane grill, bar top table, TV and wine fridge. There is access to the top deck directly from the sliding glass doors. Once outside the deck you have an outdoor dining area, which wraps around the house to a comfortable lounging area.

Office/Loft: This open area loft is located on the top level. It features a large desk for those wishing to have a designated work area. It has a gaming system and Tv with large bean bags. There is the option to use the roll out mattress and the air mattress for additional sleeping. The loft has a small balcony with an outdoor table and tables for guests to enjoy.

Laundry: Located on the second floor, the laundry room features a washer and dryer, a utility sink and amenities for guest use.

OUTSIDE
Noel Chateau is a nature lover's delight! The property features several beautiful outdoor areas to explore. The main deck provides several areas to lounge and enjoy the views. There are hanging chairs, lounge chairs, tables and raised garden beds. The second floor deck allows guests to dine outside at the large table, relax on the outdoor sofa and sit next to the gas operated heaters on chilly nights. The third floor balcony offers a bar top table and a view of San Francisco Peaks in the distance.

*Other things to note:*
The driveway section to the property is a fully paved, steep incline. The driveway may accommodate 4 cars comfortably, however, it is a very tight turn around area. New water heater system just installed.
Please note that ALL-WHEEL DRIVE and/or 4WD will be required during the winter months to access the cabin. We cannot guarantee when it will be plowed and the amount of snow accumulation.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.

Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.

Wanderlust Prescott Retreats is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.

Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make Wanderlust Prescott Retreats aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions four days prior to arrival.

•     Please turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
•     Please respect check-in and check-out times.
•     Please take care of the furnishings.
•     Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
•     Please do your dishes.
•     Please take out your trash before you leave.
•     No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
