This cozy home sleeps 18 in beds, 10 people in the main house and 8 more people in the guest house.

THE BED SITUATION:
The main house has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 Queens, Bedroom 2 has 1 king, Bedroom 3 has 1 queen, and Bedroom 4 has a Daybed with a trundle and has 2 twins and each room has either it's own bathroom or one right next door. The Guest House sleeps 8 more in 2 nice size en suites. Each en suite has one queen bed and a day bed with a trundle underneath including two additional twin-sized beds sleeping 4 per room. Enjoy the comforts of home with luxurious linens, an abundance of pillows and comfy mattresses.

Vacationing with young children is made easier as a highchair and pak n play are provided in the bedroom closets. Our home has everything you will need for the perfect vacation, but if there is something you need just let us know and we will do our best to make it happen!

* Upon arrival at our homes you will receive our welcome letter in which includes our advice as to where to find the close grocery stores, our favorite places to eat, picnic, the cheapest & closest gas, local pubs, liquor stores, the best pizza, and the local hot spots. And of course where to golf, hike, tour, fish, horseback ride etc… And all of this is within minutes of magnolia Mountain!

The rate for a couple guests is less than the rate for a full house. The rate increases as more guests are added and if you have more than 18 people or you just need even more space please check out our other home we call "CHERRY BLOSSOM COTTAGE" It is less than 5 minutes away and it sleeps 6 more guests. * For the past 20+ years we have hosted guests in other vacation rentals in Pinetop, Prescott, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Paradise Valley and now at Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri.

This Victorian estate is nestled in the woods near the heart of downtown Prescott, a 10 minute walk to Maya Mexican Restaurant a favorite of the locals or if you are up to it, a 20 minute walk to the grassy Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row where you will find all of our infamous restaurants, shopping and tours. After booking your vacation at Magnolia Mountain you will receive a comprehensive list of our favorite places to go!

A vehicle is not necessary, but it is recommended. Many of our guests Uber to and from the cottage. This is a one of a kind cottage as it is a Victorian style home located on the side of the mountain surrounded by enormous pine and oak trees, and an assortment of other colorful trees. Take an afternoon stroll along the seasonal creek bed or watch the kids explore the wooded property. Enjoy the neighborhood coffee shops, cafes and boutique shopping right in your own backyard. And If you keep an eye out you will see our very own family of deer who for years have made our property their own. These deer range from little babies to majestic old Grand Daddys with big antler racks.

Another favorite of our guests is fresh eggs in the morning from our chickens (if they are laying). There's nothing like sitting on our covered porch enjoying our girl’s fresh eggs & home baked bread from the Prescott Farmer’s Market which is open only on Saturdays. For our coffee, tea and hot chocolate drinking guests we offer a choice of Keurig or traditional drip. And for your nostalgic listening pleasure in the guest house we have a modern day Victrola brand RECORD PLAYER, CD and STEREO along with a bunch of our favorite classic vinyl records from Abba to Zeppelin!

At Magnolia Mountain you will find charming period architecture with all the amenities you will ever need while on vacation. Modern amenities include cozy gas fireplace with a flick of the switch and no mess to clean up, perfect for creating a calming getaway from the stress of day-to-day life, high-def flat screen Smart TV's, DVD Player, Premium Satellite with Directv, and of course high-speed, secure Wi-Fi for those of us who just can’t get away from the grind. Once you have had enough of what Prescott has to offer, relax in our wonderful, private, jetted hot tub located within the courtyard!

Just book starting day 2 of your vacation and end it on the correct check out day and we will change the calendar manually by adding "today", but please note that the rate for your actual check in day will still be owed plus tax and our nightly rates differ between days.

Please take assurance in that prior to your arrival we sanitized every light switch, every handle, every door knob, every remote control, lamp switches, broom handles, vacuum cleaner handle, water station handles and everything we know you will touch HAS BEEN SANITIZED!

When vacationing with your furry family member Arizona Cabin Rentals will need to know the age, breed, and weight of your dog(s) THERE IS A PET FEE OF $25/NIGHT ($100 MINIMUM) PER HOUSE TRAINED DOG PLUS $325 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT THAT CAN BE COLLECTED THROUGH ONLINE OR THROUGH VRBO.

Please note that we DO NOT have a minimum night requirement, but we do have a minimum rate requirement that depends on when and how many guests will be staying with us. Larger groups will cost more than small groups.
