Cottage on Park is less than 1 mile from Whiskey Row, the square, shopping, dining, hiking, and all with a great music scene. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Parking in driveway for 5 cars.

Main level has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, Living room, fireplace and a lounge area with additional couch and 2 chairs.

Downstairs casita has entrance from outside or upstairs. 1 bedroom with full bed, bathroom, laundry room, small kitchen, pull out queen sofa bed, and tv. Separate a/c system downstairs.

Property has a nice deck off the kitchen and a lot of space for relaxing and hanging out. Total 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms. Seating for 6 at dining table. Seating for 8 upstairs in living room and lounge.

Dog friendly but NO fenced yard.
