We really enjoyed our stay. The host was quick tobrespond to any questions we had. The location was great. A quick drive to shopping and many restaurants. Would stay again if in Naples!

We rented in this part of Naples based on price and proximity to a development nearby where we have family. The inside space was great, functional kitchen and laundry. The pool looks really nice (weather wasn’t great so we didn’t use it). There is a loud neighbor issue that we are told is being resolved as the property behind this one (not a part of this property) are being removed soon. We did find 2 bikes but weren’t in great shape so we didn’t use them to go very far. Other than that it is a very great place and low in cost compared to closer to the beach. We would stay again assuming the loud neighbors won’t be there.

Those terrible neighborS have been removed. We could have found you some other bikes. No one ever uses them so hard to keep in good shape.

Host was great. Property is great. Pool is nice. House is clean & has nice space. However, not the quietest location. The neighbors behind us decided they wanted to yell & scream all night at each other. They loved slamming doors. Wasn’t just one night but two nights from 10pm—3am. Seems to be a common occurrence. I know the host doesn’t have control over this. But just an fyi if you’re traveling with children & dog.

I am so sorry about the neighbors. I reported them to the landlord and these neighbors have been removed by the sheriff. If you let us know we would have called the sheriff immediately and stopped them.
