This space has been renovated to it's original beauty - with original hardwood flooring and many amenities included! Located just over a mile north of Promenade Park and all downtown Fort Wayne has to offer. A 5 minute drive from Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, 10 minutes from the Coliseum, and only a couple miles from the interstate, I-69 for easy traveling. Within walking distance you will find a microbrewery, Fortlandia, Kroger, Franklin Park, liquor store, and Fort Wayne famous Tom's Donuts. The patio equipped with propane/charcoal grill, fire pit, and fire table are all for your enjoyment!

Disappointed

I spent the first full hour cleaning this space. The coffee pot was grimey, the beds were not freshly made which we had to remake. One bed was bearly holding together. The toilet is so tiny and low you hit the wall every time you stand up, it needs a safety rail.The bathroom was nowhere near clean, it looked like someone just checked out. Hair all over the pillows. Severely disappointed in this stay and wouldn't suggest it as someone who stays in Fort Wayne a lot.

Great location and very clean...

Arrived late, and they were amazing. It was a clean rental with everything we needed. Great location right in the heart of Fort Wayne and about 5 to10 minutes away from everything. My kid loved being down the street from the zoo and science central. I will return to this location next time I decide to head back to Fort Wayne IN. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your amazing apartment.
