The whole home will be all yours to enjoy with its original hardwood flooring, antique touches, and classic style. The home has three bedrooms, a full size bathroom as well as a full kitchen. The patio, including propane/charcoal grill, fire pit, and fire table are all available for your use as well. Centrally located, you will be just a short drive from Promenade Park and all downtown Fort Wayne has to offer. We are less than a 10 minute drive to the Coliseum, the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, and I-69 for easy traveling. There is a microbrewery, Fortlandia, Kroger, liquor store, Tom's Donuts, and Franklin Park all within walking distance! Come relax and experience all Fort Wayne has to offer in this beautifully renovated home, complete with local art of the city.

Cool place

Very clean and responsive host. If I had to stay again I would. Very spacious and plenty sleeping room!

Ill-equipped home!

Clean house, but very ill-equipped for a family who intends to cook during their stay. No basics like oven mitts, strainer, salt, coffee, can opener that works, baking pans, dish towels, enough coffee mugs etc. Bring half of your own kitchen with you! Oh, and some of the cabinet doors will almost fall off when you open them! Also, dining room table only had enough chairs for five. We had eight people. Living room only seats four or five. We had eight. There is room in the living room for a second couch! We ended up hanging out on the front porch in 90° heat most of the time, so we could all be together. Also, parking is subpar. I had to move blocks off of their perfectly good driveway, so that we could park there, because we feared being sideswiped on the narrow street they told us to park our four cars on. People drive like maniacs at 60 mph. on this street! Also, the photos lead you to believe that the backyard is fenced in. It is not! And the neighbor and her Rottweiler back there staring at you, makes you not want to use that whole space. I bought firewood along, but we never spent a second back there. My family loves to sit around a fire. It's part of the reason I book this house. That was very disappointing. Also, for what I paid, which was ridiculous, I felt this place was definitely not worth the money. Nothing "regal" about this home at all! I feel like I was scammed!
