The "Team House", large home near SportOne Sleeps 26+
Need to house the hockey team, church choir or a decent sized militia? We have the space for you! This traditional home is a ranch style classic with three bedrooms on the first floor and 1.5 baths. Comfortable amenities and kitchen, living room etc. Through the garage and down the stairs is the "team room". 5 Full Size Bunk Beds, for possible sleeping of 20 or more. Couches also convert to beds and a full bath and laundry are located in the finished basement. Full bath and shower in basement. Parking for 6 vehicles total. Enough plates, cups, and tp for the whole squad. A 4 season dining area to get everyone together. Large, fenced back yard with a grill (bring your own propane), wrap around deck with outdoor furniture. Half a mile to Sport One facility, very close to Coliseum and downtown Fort Wayne. Fort Wayne Zoo and other amenities very close!

Why they chose this property
We love this neighborhood and its proximity to SportOne and other team based activity centers. This house could not be closer for a visiting hockey, soccer, or basketball team! Downtown is only 5 minutes to Grand Wayne Center etc. Dining, shopping and other amenities are very close. Quick access to major highways less than 1.5 miles away. Easy to find and a great space for a whole group!

This home houses more folks than most any other in NE Indiana through the design of the "Team Room", a large finished basement space with 5 full bunk beds and living room area with three convertible sofas, TV, full bathroom and laundry. Large, fenced, outdoor yard, wrap around deck, and a four seasons room for sharing meals together.
