White sand beaches await you from this exceptional 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beach vacation townhome located in the heart of Destin. This beautiful home offers 1660 square feet of furnished living space and is 1.5 blocks away from the Gulf of Mexico.

This beach retreat accommodates 7 guests, offering both a place to call home and pristine beaches within easy walking or biking distance to the beach, or a short 5–7-minute walk away or take the 6-passenger golf cart for a relaxing ride to the beach!

Upon arrival, this new luxury community welcomes you to this fabulous beach townhome. Inside, natural light pours through the windows, highlighting the crisp living space with beautiful coastal decor.

The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and ample granite counter space. The living room includes plush furniture and a flat-screen cable TV. For a little fresh air, there is plenty of outdoor seating on the private balcony or around the pool. Pool heated seasonally, November through December and March through April.

Come relax and unwind on the beach, build sandcastles, take a fishing trip, soak up the sun by the pool or sit on the patio and watch the beautiful sunsets of Destin. Blessings are plentiful! Emerald Solitude Retreat will provide the perfect beach getaway for your family and friends for years to come!

THE LOCATION
Grocery shopping is super convenient with Whole Foods and Publix less than .25 mile away. Take a relaxing walk to Camille's for coffee or cocktails to watch the sunrise or sunset. Take the golf cart and head over to get some great seafood overlooking the gulf at Captain Dave's or The Crab Trap or for a romantic dinner, the Beach Walk Cafe at The Henderson is absolutely stunning at sunset. The Destin Commons Shopping Mall is less than .2 miles away and offers some of the best shopping and entertainment for the entire family to enjoy. Enjoy the day sand-free at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just a 3-mile drive! Bikers will be in absolute paradise, with 20 plus miles of bike paths to explore along the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico and we highly recommend renting bikes from Coastal Cruisers.

Perfect family get away

Our stay was perfect for our family and we truly enjoyed every moment. It was close enough to do everything around us but still far enough to not be in the mix and still have some peace and quiet to not be disturbed.Both the owner and property manager always responded quickly before our trip and while in Florida. We had such a great time. The place was amazing, clean and location is close to everything. Highlight was having the golf cart and how close the beach was to house. Our host was very responsive when I had questions during the process of booking the property and when we needed something during our stay. This property was perfect for our family of 6. We will definitely return! We also brought our dog and there was a little dog park next to the the property.

The home is exactly as described. My family and I were celebrating our birthdays so we wanted space to spread out. The rooms were spacious and very well appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked and just like home. We were even given a special gift upon arrival to kick off our stay. The location was perfect just a five minute ride to stores including groceries as well as the beach. I will definitely keep this home as a favorite and the host was very gracious enough to allow our pet. A true gem.

Pretty apartment 10 minutes walk from the beach

We traveled with my parents and two kids (5 and 1 years old). The 5 year old was absolutely enchanted by the bunk bed. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only thing missing was blender and kettle for the tea. The host also provided dish soap that was enough for our stay. We used the washing machine successfully, the dryer was a little trickier to use. The property had lots of shower towels but no beach towels. It also had a wagon for the beach, 4 beach chairs, lots of toys for the kids for the sand and a couple of boards so you don’t need to bring those with you. The property is 10 minutes away from the beach and around 15 minutes away from the public beach where there is no need to rent an umbrella and there are plenty of spaces to park near the entry points to the beach. All in all, we loved the stay, it was comfortable and the host and property manager were super responsive.
