Our summer house was great. A little bit of construction going on next door. But it was okay. Thanks everyone.

The neighborhood was really nice and safe with friendly neighbors. Very close to the beach. The beach was beautiful with white sand as far as you could see. Plenty of things to see and do that was close to the house. The house was clean and fully stocked. We were very comfortable there with our dog. The pool was just a block away. We loved our stay and will probably return

The neighbors were not friendly at all; it was 5:00 PM, yet they decided to call the police and the property host to complain. They kept watching us the whole time, and we didn't feel comfortable! There is only parking for two cars, and that wasn't mentioned in the description.

Wonderful and warm house

House was perfect and so spacious. Pool was a few doors down and beach was a short walk. It would be a bonus if a golf cart was on site as so many of the rentals had one or two. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Hi! We appreciate you letting us know that you would definitely recommend this perfect, spacious three-bedroom, two-bath home. It would be the decision of the owner to provide a golf cart as an available amenity. Thank you for choosing RealJoy. Please visit again soon.

Good: Great location. Open floor plan. Great appliances. Love the door code option. Bad: parking is tight, code didn’t work to pool, water backing up in guest bath tub,

Perfect Vacation

We absolutely loved this property. The location was a short 5 min walk to the beach and only minutes from shops and restaurants. The pool was a great perk as well. The house itself was the cutest and extremely homey. We had everything we needed and more. It would have been really nice if a golf cart or bikes were included but we will rent those next time we are down. Overall, we would stay here again and again.

Graduation Celebration and Family Vacation

Property located to easy beach access and easy driving to lots to do. Home was exceptionally clean and decorated beach style. Only disappointment was the outside space. Very crowded and no outside area to dine and let our corgi explore. Enjoyed the sidewalks and easy walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone, just missed being outdoors.

Wonderful, beautiful location and rental. Within walking distance of beach, and driving distant to many stores and restaurants. Wished there were some beach equipment available to renters, no beach towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. maybe needs more toilet paper and paper towels available for guests.

Family vacay

overall the property was great...when we got there the only thing was the garbage was full to the brim and had a horrible smell from previous tenants. The Queen bed definitely needs to be replaced they came and tried to fix but broke again which was like that when we arrived.
