No hassles with parking at the beach and carrying all your "stuff"! House provides wagon, tents, umbrellas, beach chairs, towels and toys! House is adjacent to heated neighborhood pool with easy access and viewing or ear shot from backyard or master bedroom. This single-family residence is comfortable yet luxurious! All bedrooms are complete with large 50 inch screen Roku TVs for ease of operation with a single remote. Upstairs and downstairs master both have an office area for those having to work a bit during the vacation. Living area seats 8 comfortably while dining area seats 6 plus 2 at the kitchen island bar.
