The house was very nice. The backyard patio and pool area were wonderful, we spent most of our down time hanging out there!!!!! The garage has a second full size side by side refrigerator, which was excellent for ice and beverage storage leaving the kitchen unit for food. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs and was very accommodating! Highly recommend this unit.

Stayed a week with my wife and her best friend who brought her dog. Being a pet friendly place made this a very attractive stay for us. It was very clean had plenty of space for all of us. The checkout process was also extremely easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Very clean. Rosemary was so kind and accommodating. She was quick to respond to anything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here for your next getaway! Our family made so many lasting memories here.

Property was as advertised. Communication was good, and prompt. Golf cart issues for the first 2 days, a lot of back and forth with host. Host made it right with a replacement. Recommend replacing pillows in master bedroom.Pool was good size but temperature was hot tub level. Not refreshing after a beach day. Maybe shade should be provided for pool to help cool.We have stayed in this neighborhood multiple times and love the location and cleanliness and gated access of this community. Overall experience was 4/5.

By far one of the cleanest VRBO properties we've ever stayed at. The house was spotless! We had a great stay and would definitely come back given the opportunity. The only downside was that the pool heater was not able to keep up with the cooler temperatures during our stay, so the pool was far colder than the set-point temperature. However, that is not a fault of the property owner. It was a great stay for a small family!

Great place to stay!

This is our second year staying here. The house was even cleaner than our last stay. Pool is a great size and the residence is a convenient location to the beach and surrounding activities/restaurants. Golf cart is great and highly recommended for trips to beach, etc. Will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Sandcastle was extremely clean and the pool is awesome. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication with Rosemary was superb. She answered all my question on the same day. Will definitely be staying here again

Relaxing Vacation

House in a great location for the beach, restaurant's and shopping,plus added bonus of the large private pool. Also we used the golf cart for traveling to the beach,restaurants and the stores that is only a couple of minutes from the property. This location comes highly recommended

A great place to stay by the beach.

Everything was great. The house was real nice and only a few blocks from the beach. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was great. The pool in the back yard was very nice. I recommend staying here.

Beautiful Pool Oasis

This property was perfect for my family of 7 with our 2 fur babies! The beach is a stroll or golf cart ride away but the private pool and patio was our own private oasis! We would definitely rent again!

The property,location and value were all excellent. FOR $2,000 PLUS DOLLARS FOR A STAY YOU CAN AFFORD TO PUT A DECENT MATTRESS IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. IT WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON CONCRETE.

Perfect Getaway

We scheduled a very last minute getaway with the kids as soon as school ended. We scheduled Friday evening and were checked in Saturday evening. Rosemary was fantastic as a host and answered all of our questions very quickly. The location is perfect for what we wanted. A quiet gated community with a short golf cart ride to the beach and a private pool that was very big. We could not be more happy with our stay.
