Under the Sea Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

**All new refrigerator, range microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities! Plus a private pool (can be heated), large pool deck with outdoor dining, outside bar with a TV and rec room-all within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops!

Exploring the wonders of the sea is quite an adventure- but it sure takes a lot of work and a lot of equipment. That’s why Under the Sea invites you to dive right into its own version of an underwater paradise! This Destin vacation rental’s décor is sure to thrill all your little mermaids- handcrafted coastal art incorporating shells, beach chic furnishings, and upgrades like cool tile floors all swim harmoniously in a sea of aqua walls.

Under the Sea actually has many more treasures hidden in its cove. Its large private pool deck features a large grill, cheery landscaping, an outdoor dining set and plenty of lounge chairs. However, wait ‘til you see the gem of the collection- a custom tiki hut perfected by a wet bar, a flat screen TV and a custom counter top made of thousands of pennies- with its own seek and find! You will also find a fun rec room to watch TV, play foosball, add your gaming system or just let the kids hang out.

The treasure hunt doesn’t stop there! A beach wagon, fully stocked kitchen, a large laundry room with a brand-new full-sized washer and dryer and a very open, spacious layout makes Under the Sea a pearl amongst vacation rentals. All of this on one floor! Plus, a preferred location in Crystal Beach makes it easy to splash around to all the golf courses, shopping malls and restaurants in the area.

This property comes with 4 parking spaces.


There are several beach towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee of $50 per day upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.

Very relaxing and perfectly close to the beach

This house was great for my family and I, short walk on large concrete sidewalk to the beach and the house was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, refreshing pool and cozy inside with comfy couch and bedrooms. We had a great stay

We loved the pool, layout and openness of the house, location and easy communication with the host. A few things I’d like to have had were a bigger pot for pasta and seafood boil, but I know I’m just being picky! The king bed in 2nd bedroom has seen better days and was a little sunken but we still slept okay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay for a beach trip! Walkable to the beach and great food! Bravo to Neuman Daily for being so easy to deal with too!

Excellent house in a great area. Close to beach and shopping if you need something from Publix or want to eat out. House has all you need including an air conditioned garage for the kids to play in. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time.I will say we were unable to utilize the outside area due to rats! Each night they would come out of the grill and over the fence and along the top of the fence and behind the bar. There was also so many leaves in the back area that the pool was covered with them the entire time. The house was beautiful.It was clean it was exactly as described. Like I said , our only complaint was unable to utilize the outside area , which is important to us because we like sitting out there but the rats won that game!!!

Loved our stay! The house was great, very close to the beach and everything was close! The only thing I can say is if you have 10 adults the triple bunk bed is very questionable. It can hold kids no problem. Not a bad thing because the couch was super comfy! The pool areal is great, over all we loves our stay!

We stayed for 4 nights everything went great. The house is great and the communication with your staff is great. No complaints whatsoever. One minor suggestion the doors tend to squeek put a little WD40 and that should fix it.

Lots of Room

We enjoyed staying at this house. Lots of space to hang out in. Could use some lamps in the living room for more ambiance instead of big glaring ceiling fan light. Also no ice maker. Also, they were building a house across the street so there was lots of noise and congestion due to workers parking in the middle of the street. But all in all it is a nice house. Bonus, heated pool!

Comfy Cute Home Near the Beach

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Under the Sea. The nicely-decorated home features comfy beds, spacious comfortable living room, nice-sized pool and cute tiki bar. We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and being two blocks from the beach. Great shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. While there are a lot of great things about this home, we were disappointed that the grill didn't work and there weren't enough pots and pans to adequately prepare home-cooked meals so we purchased a couple. Given the rental, I would suggest getting a nicer coffeemaker and pots/pans. But even with those minor issues, we would definitely stay at Under the Sea again!

Tiki time close to the beach

Loved this property. The tiki bar and the pool were great for the evenings or when we didn't want to go to the beach. Kitchen and common area are roomy and bright.

Perfection in a house

The house was perfect for our needs. 3 families stayed here and everything was comfortable. Plenty of places to sleep and the pool was awesome after a long day at the ballpark.

Great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation. We were close enough to the beach, shopping and dining. We loved having the pool. We used the stove and dryer a lot and they do need some updating but overall it was a great experience.

Destin 2021 family vacation

This was a cute place an nice at one time but it needs a little TLC.House It needs a heavy duty cleaning. The tiki bar area an house needs power washed in the back area. The game room area had such a strong odor like sour rugs. Couldn't use it for horrible odor but it's a great area for young kids. Location to beach is awesome. We enjoyed our stay .

This was nothing fancy but having the pool was clutch. Super private too. The property itself shows some signs of wear — the couch needs a good cleaning — but we had a great rate and would stay again for the savings and having a private pool.

Great Beach house, Great Location

I stayed at this house with my teenage daughter and a couple of her friends. From the moment we walked in the door till the unfortunate time of departure, we had a great time. The house was fantastic. It was much larger than it looked like in the pictures. The bedrooms were large with large closets. There was a large TV in every room with more channels than I would ever expect. Not only was there an abundance of TV channels but they were all internet ready and had all kind of viewing options ready. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were very new and easy to use. Outside the pool was fantastic and I spent most of my time at the Tiki Bar. Having a TV at the bar was awesome. We also used the grill and it worked great as well. Location to the beach was a very short 5 minute walk. I would most certainly stay here again. Thanks for such an enjoyable week.
