504 was professionally redesigned to maximize the luxury. This spacious unit is on the 5th floor, with a beautiful living area, 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large L shaped balcony, complete with an ocean view.

The living area features a comfortable sofa, two chairs, coffee table and a Samsung Smart TV. The living room opens to large L-shaped spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area, Lounger, outdoor sofa offering gorgeous views of old town and partial views of the ocean. Living area has air conditioning, high-speed wireless internet.

Enjoy gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances including a 6-burner gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer. Small appliances include a coffee maker with coffee, as well as, hot tea bag options, blender, toaster, and other rarely offered perks. Kitchen has a custom dining table with 6 chairs and all cutlery and utensils to enjoy your favorite meals.

Gorgeous unit and complex

Top of the line. Rigjt in the heart of the city. Noise is NOT that bad as some other reviews point out. Definitely will stay again.

Great Building / Awful Staff

The unit was spacious with very nice fixtures, soft sheets, quality shampoo/conditioner, plenty of plates, glasses, cookware, etc. The rooftop pool was very nice, clean and quiet (no forced club music like many properties). The majority of the front desk staff, however, were overtly unwelcoming, and made it very clear that they were not there to assist or even be pleasant to renters. I have stayed in several PV condo buildings over the years and have always found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, and have never written a negative review about any of them. Oh, and as a parting gesture, they said it was their policy not to hold onto any suitcases upon checkout. So be prepared to shlep your bags around town until you leave for your flight home I suppose. So a really nice unit and building, but I will not return to where I am not wanted.

Great Unit

I had the pleasure of staying at this unit for 6 nights, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, with the beach and other amenities are just a few blocks away. The cleanliness of the unit was impeccable, and the attention to detail in the design was evident in every corner. All the amenities in the unit were in excellent condition, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The spaciousness of the unit was also a big plus, providing ample room to relax and unwind. The property itself is in a prime location, offering convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop pool, which was simply breathtaking. The views from the pool were mesmerizing, and it was the perfect spot to soak in the sun and enjoy the surroundings.
