Downstairs, you’ll find a comfy reclining sofa near the warmth of the woodstove and easy access to the large patio. Upstairs, relax and watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 50” Sony TV, supported by super-fast Starlink Wi-Fi. Access your favorite streaming channels using your own log-ins. Or choose from 20 games to play on the arcade console.

Steps away from the main-floor living room, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. You’ll have all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite recipes.

After a full day of river and patio fun, head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of two bedrooms, both offering a queen and a twin-size bed with new mattresses and luggage racks for storage. The second-floor bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and all bathroom essentials. The cottage’s layout is perfect for 2 couples/families with bedroom and bathroom on each floor.

For any remote-work needs, you’ll also find a workspace on the second floor.

Should you wish to bring a larger group, you’ll find 3 additional spaces on the property available to book. Other guests may book these spaces during your stay and may share the swimming raft and trails; however, the spaces are far enough from the cottage to ensure your full privacy. A Tiny House is visible from the cottage and is 500 meters away, while a treehouse and trailer are far away from the cottage.

Main floor, including living-room, dining-room, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, and patio, is wheelchair accessible.

The roads into the property are well plowed but require good winter tires or all-wheel-drive to access the property during winter months because of steep hills. Another option is to stop at the entrance parking area, and host will transport you and your gear to the cottage.
