Beautiful Condo and Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The space was perfect for our family, having the bunk room for the kids such a plus! All of the beds were super comfortable, and the entire condo was clean. The pools and lazy river were amazing. Having the beach wagon with chairs and an umbrella was so convenient and made the quick walk to the beach even easier. The kitchen was fully stocked, the check-in process was simple, and having a keyless entry was convenient. Beautiful views, great amenities, and a very comfortable stay — highly recommend this condo!

We had an amazing vacation. Communication prior, during and at the end our stay was excellent. The unit was very clean, updated and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Kids, parents and grandparents all had a great time in the lazy river, pools, hot tubs, and at the beach. The kids were able to catch and release a few hermit crabs with direct access to the bay. I'm sure we'll be back.

Celebrating a kiddos college graduation

Excellent location, great view, easy walk over the footbridge to the Gulf including Pier shops and restaurants. We rented a Pontoon next door and went out to Crab Island for a few hours too.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The pool was great and access to the beach was easy even with small children in tow. Everyone we encountered on the grounds were pleasant as well. Hosts were communicative and made the stay easy and enjoyable. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed! Our cleaning needs are probably higher than most with a crawling infant so we did have to do a deeper clean upon arrival but otherwise it was a great stay!

Best Family Vacation

Our first family vacation with two littles was a success thanks to this awesome condo! It was clean and spacious, with all necessary modern amenities. Having the pack'n'play on site saved us on having to pack yet another piece of baby equipment. The condo was perfectly located with convenient pool and beach access, and the aquarium was just down the road to provide entertainment on an overcast morning. We will definitely be returning to Pelican 603 for future family vacations!!

We had a great time staying here! Everyone enjoyed it and the space was exactly what we needed. Just as pictured! Every process of reserving, checking in and out was so easy! The kids 11,13 enjoyed being so close to the beach and being able to use the pools/lazy river! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here and/or one of their other locations again!

Great place and very comfortable

We stayed here for 8 1/2 days to attend a few events in the area we had tickets for plus relax and enjoy the sun. Was a perfect spot for access to the beach, plus enjoying the lazy River. Great restaurants near by too! We cooked breakfast everyday in the condo and we had no problems with the kitchen equipment provided!

The condo was sparkling clean! The king size beds were very comfortable. The bunks were a little too firm. The view of the bay and the pools/lazy river were wonderful. There were no extra blankets, so bring some if you stay here. Location was perfect between Fort Walton and Destin. We had a wonderful family vacation! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at the unit mid May, the weather was beautiful! The unit really clean and David very responsive! Had a little issue when getting in , David sent his maintenance in right away! Issue fixed and had fun talk with the maintenance guy, and a lot of recommendations on where to go and fun things to do in the area. Really happy with the pools and the lazy river!

Pelican 603 - dream vacation

We've visited the Fort Walton/Destin area many times but this vacation was by far superior. Our condo was absolutely spotless when we arrived, it was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed to cook our meals for the week. The balcony was also stocked with everything we could have possibly needed for the beach. I cannot recommend this condo enough!

Beach trip and the southern US tour

Came to show our daughter where she was born a decade ago! Show our exchange daughter the southern USA and enjoy the Gulf! Mission accomplished. Great communication, gorgeous room, perfect location to walk to restaurants and the beach! Kids enjoyed the frigid lazy river in the off season while I enjoyed the hot tub! Kitchen had all supplies necessary to eat in, we left fun sand toys as our contribution to others fun! Will be back to Destin some day soon! Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Next to almost anything you could need

Bunkbed room smaller then appeared. And vent for air was either not hooked up or just didn't work. No one should be expected to go find toilet paper on their vacation, two rolls, really. The lazy river was lovely and we enjoyed it. The wind was upsetting and caused a planned excursion to be cancelled. All and all was very pleasant.
