The space
Welcome to your luxurious vacation home-away-from-home. Hoku Hale is one of only five custom "Golf Course Estates" situated in the new high-end development at Ainamalu in Waikoloa Beach Resort. Inside this stunning 2,754 sq. ft home, you will find the perfect blend of comfort and elegance, complete with high quality furnishings and an interior curated by local designers.
This 4 bedroom 4 bath home with central AC throughout, is one of its kind as you get to enjoy the spectacular views of the golf course overlooking sunset through the 12 foot glass pocket doors. In the Makai Master Bedroom you will find a beautifully crafted Kohler tub, walk-in rain shower, outdoor shower, dual vanities, his and her African Mahogany closets, a 44 inch Samsung SmartTV, auto blackout shades and King bed with private entry that leads to the outdoor pool area and has sweeping views of the course.
Find yourself completely relaxed when you step into the spacious Makai Master Bedroom where you will find a relaxing reading nook, walk-in rain shower, outdoor shower, a single vanity, a spacious African Mahogany walk-in closet, a 45 inch Samsung Smart TV, auto blackout shades and a king bed with private entry that leads to your own outdoor seating area.
The third bedroom in the main house can sleep up to 4 guests and has two comfortable full-size beds, a spacious African Mahogany closet, 35 inch Smart TV and a detached bathroom with tub.
Enjoy even more privacy in the detached Ohana. Beautifully curated and with its own central AC, the fourth bedroom has a private entry and comes equipped with a kitchenette, washer/dryer, bathroom with vanity, walk-in rain shower, plenty of closet space, a 44 inch Samsung SmartTV and a CalKing size bed, making this home the perfect space for multiple families or couples.
Pocket doors from the Great Room as well as both master suites lead out to the backyard infinity pool and spa area creating an entertainers outdoor dream space. The spacious living room also features an 57 inch Ultra 4-k Samsung TV with Netflix and Cable TV.
Custom Monkeypod cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, and office pay homage to the natural beauty of the islands. The professional style kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with all high-end appliances including a Thermador 6 burner stove/oven, with large overhead Range Hood, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave, a built-in Thermador espresso machine, and large refrigerator/freezer.
Outside you’ll find two garden showers, one off of each master suite, Travertine and Basalt tile lanai and pool deck, with a waterfall coming from the spa onto the Baja shelf where you can enjoy the views on your sun-shelf loungers with your toes in the water or relax in the loungers around the pool (8 total). The infinity edge leads down to the fire pit lounge area with torches around the perimeter and comfortable seating for 8.
This fully customized home is situated in a high end community just minutes to some of the most amazing beaches, best restaurants, and most beautiful spots on the island. We are just a 5 minute drive to Waikoloa King & Queen Shops and Restaurants, 7-10 minutes away from Hapuna Beach, Beach 69 & Mauna Lani Resorts. (Please note we are NOT located in Waikoloa Village).

Ready for a day at the beach? Our home comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, beach umbrellas and 3 beach cruisers! **Snorkel gear, boogie boards, additional bicycles, and baby rental equipment available for rent.**
Mid-Stay Freshening: Our home is pre-stocked with basic supplies to get you started. Should you require additional supplies for longer stays, we offer a mid-stay freshening for $50 per hour plus tax.

Other things to note
Although we welcome families with children of all ages, our home is not child-proofed and require that children are supervised at all times. Please note for the safety of our guests and little ones, it is Hawaii State Law to have a Pool Fence around the pool.
There is one Ring camera with flood light in the front driveway area.
