Make yourself at home in this fully-equipped studio at LIFE Bucerias, a brand-new development located in the heart of Bucerias' Golden Zone, just steps from the beach and from excellent restaurants serving all kinds of food.

Enjoy a nice cup of coffee from your private balcony with a view in the morning, don't miss a day of training at the fitness center, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area.

*The space*

In this brand-new studio, there is a custom-made king-size bed, a work desk, two armchairs with a coffee table, and a full private bathroom with a "rain" shower.
The balcony has chairs and an outdoor table to enjoy the sunsets and the incredible view of the Pacific Ocean.
The windows have black-out roller blinds and UV protection film to reduce heat and keep the studio nice and cool.
The kitchenette is finished in granite and is equipped with an electric stove, microwave oven, minibar, blender, coffee maker, and all the basics for cooking.

*This studio connects to a one-bedroom apartment with one king-size bed, two full bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchen to make a two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit for up to 5 people. Ask for more information.

All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.

Don't forget to visit "Maré by Bay Property & Rentals" located on the rooftop terrace of LIFE Bucerias. An elegant space ideal to work with high-speed internet, and to enjoy an ocean-view jacuzzi, delicious food, and refreshing premium drinks.

Studio Suite Review

Facility,, a great room. pool and availability to the beach, restaurants and market was excellent. Our balcony overlooked the ocean but it was small and narrow . . . . no room for a table. We expected coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, soap, shampoo etc in 103 but at least there was soaps, dish detergent and hair dryer when we moved to 527. It would be nice if there were more loungers around the pool. We would love to return next year. Ron
