Located in a town rich with cultural heritage, not far from El Yunque, luquillo Beach, pinones, fajardo, the ferry to Culebra and Vieques, and even San Juan. This gated community with security, private parking and has amenities for your every need. Pool, beach front, volleyball, basketball, gym, playground for kids, etc. Enjoy this bnd getaway with your significant other or your family. We strive to provide a great experience and are available to answer questions. (Sorry we can not store luggage)

There is no key to access the beach. You would have to walk around the property. I do not recommend staying near New Years because around the neighborhood you could hear a lot of fire shots in the area which made it unsafe to stay outside and enjoy fireworks. The parking spot is also a bit far from the apartment. Other than that we made new acquaintances, everyone was friendly, and the pools were really cold but able to enjoy it with the kids.
