The Pastorini - Central Design Apartment

This stylish apartment is located in a beautiful 19th century house in the heart of Zurich, only 8 minutes by public transportation from the main station.

Ideal for short leisure or longer business stays the apartment is equipped for your needs.
The space
The apartment is renovated according to modern standards and equipped with high-quality designer furniture. It features elegant wooden floors and antique stained-glass windows.
It features one dormitory with a queen-size bed and a big living/dining room with a balcony that opens to a beautiful quiet square.

The living room area has a sofa-bed and can be closed-off with shutters to create an extra room for another two guests.

There is a spacious working desk, a printer, high-speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV with international channels for the business traveller.

The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with electric stove, oven, nespresso machine and dish washer.

The bathroom has a high-pressure waterfall shower and a washer/dryer unit. The toilet is separate from the bathroom for more comfort.

There are two balconies with beautiful views. All windows have electric shutters and black-out curtains.

The apartment is located in a house with 3 other aparments which are monthly rental units.

The apartment is in the quiet, upscale neighbourhood Hottingen in the city centre, 8-minutes from the main station and Bahnhofstrasse, well connected by tram. There are a variety of supermarkets, bakeries, a post office, and a pharmacy nearby. Zurich's art museum and theater are within the same neighbourhood.

We can help you organize a daily parking allowance in the area if needed as well as an airport transfer.

Wir fühlten uns wie Zürcher!

Schicke Wohnung in Hottingen, so wünscht man sich eine Stadtwohnung, ruhig nach hinten mit Blick ins Grüne vom kleinen Balkon, gutes Bett, Küche, Bad alles fein, die wichtigsten Geschäfte nur wenige Minuten entfernt, auch die nächste Tram- Haltestelle und ein gutes Restaurant! Gerne wieder!
