Beautiful and comfy remodeled 1 BR/1BA with fully equipped kitchen and pullout couch. Stunning 100 acre property with mountain views, creek, on-site hiking. Good internet (5+mbps or more). Great home base for exploring SW Montana. Single level, upper unit of duplex. Inside you'll find a spacious bedroom with comfortable King bed (the mattress is on the firmer side). The living room features a pullout couch, Roku Smart TV, and plenty of books. We have plenty of linens and extra sleeping pillows!
But the star of the show is the mountain views! Both from your windows overlooking the mountain vista ahead, and from the back porch where you can look upon the mountains and boulders and Montana landscape that surround you.
The fully stocked kitchen has a gas range, coffee maker (we provide the coffee!), full fridge, and plenty of pots and pans.
Guests should feel free to explore the land, where we have a large boulder field at the highest spot with views of the breathtaking Montana mountains, a babbling stream running through the Cottonwoods, and even an Arena. (This home previously belonged to a Montana Rodeo star!)

Aww, thanks Heidi! Relayed your kind comments to our housekeeper as well. Glad you enjoyed the view. You're always welcome for another fill! Till next time.
This is a full spacious place to stay in one of the most pretty places you could hope for in Montana. The big front windows give an amazing open feel connecting you right to nature.

Thanks, Zachery. It's been an absolute delight to host you in our home. Glad you've also found the surroundings to be just as beautiful as we think they are.
Perfect for our needs, attentive host, good location, easily accessible from main road. Lots of windows to bring ln the fresh cool Montana air. Kitchen stocked with basic needs and organic french press coffee . Perfect to start the day before heading to Renova hot springs nearby .
Property owner was very good with communication. The cabin was clean, bed was comfortable. Our only complaint were that the couches smelled a little funny. Overall, a great place to stay.
Peaceful days and gorgeous evenings, this home is the perfect place for hanging out. Close enough to town yet the feel is anything but busy. Everyone needs to experience this gem! And the owners are truly wonderful !

Thank you Brenda. So glad you enjoyed your stay with us.
I would love to come back and stay in the space a little longer - we just made a quick one night stop on our road trip. Beautiful space, pretty land, cleanly!
Beautiful home with lots of Montana mountain flair. Looks newly updated throughout with great views! A lot of area to look and explore with a creek running through the property. The owner is very helpful! I stayed on the top floor with family and two dogs and loved the freedom for my pets to run a bit and enjoy the vacation as well. Would love returning to this one in the future

I'm so happy to read your review, Christina! Couldn't be more honored!
Our first visit to Montana .. we were looking for a base from where we could get to as many hiking spots as possible within a 2 hours- this one was exactly that.
The house was clean, the kitchen had everything and the cross ventilation in the evenings- amazing.
If we could ask for something it would be outdoor chairs to enjoy the morning coffee and evening sunsets.
Erin was a great host, checking in with us every other day.
Thank you for sharing your space!

Thank you so much for the amazing and awesome review, Sue!! ❤️
Loved this place. It was perfect for my wife and me. Loved the mountain air. We’ve missed that. We’ll definitely look for this property again. We’re met by a half dozen deer when we arrived. Nice touch! Next time maybe you could arrange for more seasonal weather. 42 degree high temp doesn’t cut it in May. Our MT blood has thinned since we moved to AZ. Thanks for everything.

Thrilled you loved the mountain escape, Ted! Fresh air & deer greetings - sounds perfect. Weather's a tricky one, but we'll keep working on the sunshine for next time Thanks for staying & come back for a warmer adventure!
We stayed here for 2 nights with our dog and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The views are incredible, the property is private and tranquil, and according to the dog, the smells are exceptional. A note for visitors used to more urban areas: the internet can be spotty in rural Montana, so plan accordingly. Our internet went out the first night, so I enjoyed a downloaded podcast under the stars before I headed in to watch a movie. The hosts have an impeccable dvd collection (Chicken Run! Blazing Saddles! Robin Hood: Men in Tights!), so the internet temporarily going out didn't bother us at all. Also, if the internet does go out, and you're physically able to, go for a walk on this lovely, inviting property!!!!!

Thanks for the review! Being in a rural area, our internet does indeed sometimes drop out. So glad you were able to find activities to enjoy offline, including enjoying our DVD collection!
So relaxing my Son and his daughter were visiting family in Butte and instead we rented this place instead of a hotel as per our usual! We will definitely recommend and we will stay again!!
Stayed for about a month and it was incredible, great views and felt very private considering there were other guests on the property. Would definitely stay again
