The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a short drive to beaches, restaurants and attractions.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking for 7 cars in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
• Ring cameras at the front and side of home
• Noise level monitoring on back patio
• Please note that a $75 pet fee per pet per stay applies, with a max of 2 pets. Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friends so we can send you the fee request promptly.
• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.
• We charge $25 per day for pool heating (must be heated for the entire reservation). The heater will be set to 86 degrees and it is not able to be adjusted. The heaters ability to heat the water to 86 degrees is dependent on the outdoor air temperature and humidity. If the outdoor air temperature drops below 70 degrees the pool heater may not be able to reach the preset temperature of 86 degrees. This is a large pool which takes up to 48 hours to heat up so please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated. We do not offer any refunds on pool heat if mother nature doesn't cooperate. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Annual trip.

We had 16 in our group, kids and adults. This house was perfect. There was plenty of space for all of us.The kids enjoyed the game room but the pool was a big hit. We spent most of the time in the pool.

Family Summer Vacation & 40th Birthday

The house was beautiful and spacious. We stayed at this property for our family vacation and my 40th birthday weekend. The house is close to Anna Maria Island, I love to do active activities so my son and I biked there several times it was about an 8 mile bike ride and we enjoyed it. The pool was great, there was many mosquitos but we just made sure we had bug spray. The grill was great I didn't want a big party so we grilled for my birthday. There was Publix about 5 minutes away which I also walked to, and I enjoyed all my evening walks. We did have some problems with coffee maker and locating hand soap but Joe was responsive. There was plenty of pool towels and regular towels. The decor of the house was beautiful. I do think it is important if traveling with a big group that some of the beds available are bunk beds that are counted as beds in the listing just in case you have people that can't sleep on the top bunk. We had pizza from Danny's Pizzeria and it was amazing. The place had a wonderful wine chiller fridge. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Property was a disappointment compared to listing

Pros: Big house with several beds, lots of space. Pool is very nice outdoor space. Kitchen had most everything we needed for pots/pans, utensils. Cons: The house needed to be cleaned better - cobwebs and dirt on the floors. Game room and laundry were not clean at all. No wash cloths anywhere in the house and only one kitchen towel. No hand towels in master and not shower mat. No hand soap in kitchen, half bath or master - had to purchase them on our own. Toaster didn’t work. Text the property manager about it, he said he would bring one but didn’t so I had to text him again and he brought it finally on our 3rd day. Game room was not clean and pop a shot didn’t work. Had to text property mgr to find an extension cord for air hockey game. Something kept beeping - we think it was a fire alarm needing a battery change Smoke detector removed in the master bedroom. One of the bathroom shower doors was not secure on the frame so didn’t stay in place. Toilet in one of the bathrooms needs to be fixed or replaced. Moves when you sit on it - not stable. No instructions provided about checkin or checkout or wifi - had to reach out for all those details. Overall, I think this could be a really nice place if it was properly cleaned, maintained and managed. I have stayed at several rentals and my family was so excited about this place to really be let down by basic things that should be provided by the management.

Great Location for a Group

The house is in a great location and boasts a beautiful pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the pool could have been cleaner and the pool furniture could use upgrades. It was dtill a grest way to spend many hours.The house is large with multiple bathrooms and enough beds for a small army ( or several families). There is so much potential. Hope the owners will put together a house manual, as we had no idea where to put things or how to use some of the equipment. A little more attention to maintenance would go a long way.

It is very hard to find a 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms private home in this NW Bradenton area with all space and parking need for large families or multi families. We can sleep 20+ comfortably and more if needed
