I am not sure why the review says you never got a call back? My Maintenace guy Rich was over at the property several times during your stay and the AC vendor also came out twice to look at the system for yall. Additionally, we experienced significant debris due to the tropical storm, which impacted the property during your stay. We also have the pool guy service the pool and hot tub twice a week to ensure things stay up to par during guest stays. I am sorry you dealt with these issues during your stay and apologize that you feel we didnt do enough to make things perfect during your stay.

We take concerns regarding pests very seriously, and the home is serviced regularly by pest control. That said, we will certainly have the property reinspected and treated again out of an abundance of caution. We also apologize for the inconvenience surrounding the coffee maker and understand your frustration that a replacement was not delivered during your stay as intended. Regarding the hot tub, we regret that it was unavailable during your visit. We understand this was disappointing, and we agree that clearer communication could have been better in this situation. We are also reviewing the concerns you mentioned about the kitchen outlets, dishwasher, linens, and general upkeep with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure improvements are made. As for checkout day, our cleaning team’s early arrival was intended to prepare for incoming guests and not to rush your departure, though we understand how that may have felt uncomfortable. We also apologize for any confusion in communication regarding your reservation dates.
