Cool house and location but needs serious TLC
Overall this house is really cool and great vibe but there were some major issues. Here are the facts:
- Hot tub was broken and filled with a brown/black toxic water and should have been drained at a minimum.
- The lower level and main level toilets did not flush and continuously recycled water.
- Master shower, was clogged with dirt and mulch and was not functional.
- The house speaker system (Sonos) is not on the main network and the instructions to connect are misleading as the main network for that system is not given.
- There was a torn open trash bag with trash all over the roof deck when we arrived.
- The trash cans on the top of the driveway were full when we arrived so there was not a place to put our trash. We had to haul some of it away.
- Parking Access is limited, if you have more than one vehicle make sure you have a back up camera or getting out of the driveway may take 15 or more attempts.
This house is actually an amazing build and one of a kind. It deserves to be treated with respect but unfortunately it has been neglected and the list goes on of things that are broken and likely only getting worse. Hopefully the owner/propery manager will fix the basic issues and/or drop the price significantly.
